PGH STEELERS
Well went to a local car dealer today to see about getting this in motion. And of course I got the, "here is your insult"! Then the guy brings his sales manager over and that's when I walked away.
Darkside
Drive a Charger R/T at work everyday and own a G8, I'd take the G8 all day long. I'd find a nice V1 Cts-V before getting a Charger.

BigOxley
Chargers are meh. Haven't driven a v8 one in a couple of years though.
2 Sweet
I've driven a couple 08's and a 2012, all V6 models, they were ok. The SRT versions look sweet and I'm sure they are fun to drive, but I would never consider owning one since they aren't offered in a stick shift. Rocky31186
Not having a 5 speed manual sucks sometimes.. But having the ability of auto stick is fun also..
Sturg1647545502
how much do they go for/ looking to spend. i mean if you like the look of them go for it. also you should get the one with the ctsv motor. you should also get the ctsv body, the one made by Cadillac
Rocky31186
For the price, I think I would rather have a cts-v.. But the chargers are nice also..
unfunnyryan
Wait, the Charger is the one with the CTS-V motor in it, right? Or was that the Ram...... The charger has the LS9 Hemi. The Ram has the Powerstroke.
Green Bastard
I heard that certain chrysler motors use a single pass bore with no kind of relief pass. I'm not sure which motors, but I tend to stay away from chrysler products anyhow.
Not Brian
Tint the windows solid black and get some heavy 24" chrome wheels and you'll fit in just fine with the Charger crowd. http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/showthread.php?t=103883 I rest my case. BloodRed
I would stick with the newer 2012 models. The older models almost all had the 3.7 V6, which is a good solid motor, but nothing special. Normal to get 23-26 mpg. The 2012 models got the new 3.6L V6, which has a lot more hp and should get closer to 30 mpg. Of course I wouldn't really consider one unless it had the 5.7L. And again, stick with the newer models were they have allowed more hp and tq with the V8. Also I think it was 2009 or 2010 when they finally updated the steering rack and that made it a much better car to actually drive. Strongly considered getting one myself, but got the Ram instead. The old one's came with either a 2.7L V6, 3.5L V6, or the 5.7L V8. Both the 2.7 and 3.5L are awful, but the new 3.6L is pretty nice. The car was refreshed in 2011, but I would also stick to the 2012+ because that's when they got the 8 speeds transmission.
