Eventually, I'm going to do all the "slats" I guess you could call em, like the eye, in the cobra, orange. Hopefully, it'll make them stand out, just a little bit more.

In pic 2 is that the actual control tower in the background?

One of my buddies at work was a Navy air traffic controller in the early 90's. I showed him one of your pics from up in the tower, without telling him where it was and he was like, yup thats pensacola, lol. He was a controller there and Maryland and on the USS Enterprise for a while. Got out of the Navy and decided it was too much stress to continue doing it as a civilian.

Anyways, cool pics, cobra looks damn good.

Yes sir, that is the control tower in the background.

Lol, yup, pensacola is pretty recognizeable. Although, when he was in and was stationed there, the tower was located on the other side of the airfield and much shorter. There's a good chance one of civilians I work with either know him, or worked with him, as the air traffic control community is pretty small, and the civilians are all prior military retired controllers. I'm actually out in September, and although I'd love to do it on the outside, chances are slim considering the FAA is pretty locked up right now.

Thanks, appreciate it!

I don't like people who are faster than me which constitutes of about 90%the of CR.

Nice car! Didn't they come with different wheels though?

Yes it did. This is what the car looked like when I bought it.

Looks nice.

I discovered I let my alignment go out on the STI and ruined a set of tires. So I'm considering the R888s since I drive it so rarely. Have you driven the Yoko Advan AD08s? If so, how do the R888s compare?

I have not driven AD08's personally, although a friend had them on his cobra down here and he liked them. This will actually be my second set of R888's on the rear of the car and I absolutly LOVE them. I have about 17k+ miles on this set with some tread still left. Work great in the rain, and my car hooks pretty damn good with 630+rwhp.

Perfect stance! Gorgeous car!!

Thanks! Previous owner cut the stock springs and nailed the stance!

500&478 on blower, 627&630 on spray on the old jet/solenoid setup. No track times, we have no track down here anymore, our local 1/8 got shut down last December.

Was that a 150 hit? Nothing like nice cool air to help that heaton out!

holy shit, there's a cop in your driveway

Lol, right? Actually was over at a friends house, figured I would snap a pic.

That was on the zex 125. Zex is rated at the flywheel, and their system sucks. Needless to say, it wasn't on the car very long and was replaced with nitrous outlet solenoids. They're rated at the tire, so with the current jets, its like a 115 shot. Car deffintley feels faster and the nx hits ALOT harder with these noids than those garbage zex ones.

Your camera doesn't do that car justice.

Car looks great, just get a better camera!!

Thanks! I know, these were all with my iphone. Someday soon goin to get together with some people and do another photoshoot with a REAL camera.
