M0nk3y
Very easy to boost power. N54/N55 Engines (335i) can make 380+ off of a chip
Mr. Jones
Very easy to boost power. N54/N55 Engines (335i) can make 380+ off of a chip Except this is the 2.0L 4 Banger. Any news on them?
Tripleskate
Except this is the 2.0L 4 Banger. Any news on them? From what I have heard, it uses the same turbo as the 328i (240hp), with different manifolds and less boost. Bolt-ons + Tune with this new 320i = ~300 crank horsepower. But at that point, why would you not just buy the 328i from the get-go.
Not Brian
$33k for 180hp
Forrest Gump 9
Why? When you can get a slightly used 135i for about the same if not cheaper.
jerrodh
Take 90's - Early 00's Import and put 30k and run wraps around said BMW? Obviously not the same thing as this is a luxury sedan. But I do not find it awe inspiring at all...
JaSSon
Why? When you can get a slightly used 135i for about the same if not cheaper. Because New, and because sedan.
Mr. Jones
New vs Old arguments need not apply.... At least someone is offered a fun sporty 6mt rwd car for 34k
M0nk3y
Except this is the 2.0L 4 Banger. Any news on them? It appears to be a N20 engine with a restricted manifold. Swap with a N20 manifold from a 328 and with a tune you'll be making 260 hp at the wheels http://burgertuning.com/N20_BMW_performance_Tuner.html

owndjoo
36mpg sure does sound nice too... we all know how boosted cars work. a little intake and exhaust action and a chip and you got 100hp easily. would be a great commuter that would be fun in the twisties

I want to gamble and say its strictly software but the part numbers are different for complete long blocks, so I cant say for certain. edit: piston part #'s are different. crank and rods are the same....weird.
