Not bad. I'm not a Mustang fan but this seems to be in keeping with their recent design DNA. Plenty sinister. kinda looks like it is chanelling some Genesis coupe vibes but that may be what the artist used as a basis for the adaptation. So, that could be waay off.

Somewhere in those photos is an interior shot showing the rear 1/4 window and you get a jist of the roofline, Fastback is coming back it seems to be!!:fuckyeah:

Definitely down a few hundred lbs from previous MY's.

 

I love the design. It is still quintessentially Mustang, but modern. I think a 30+mpg turbo-4 Mustang hatchback will have higher demand than Ford anticipates...

A mustang GT with 500hp and 200 less pounds, would be an impressive vehicle for sure.

 

Lets just hope they button down the suspension tuning a bit from the current GT. While it is capable of good numbers, the ride is less than planted when pushed.

I dont know why I keep people saying it looks like a Taurus... Sure it shares design cues, like Ford is doing across their product line... But to me I think it looks like 5-6 yrs ago the european designers (Jag A-M) were hired (maybe when they split in 2007?) to do the Ford designs.
