GUNS - DEAL ALERT Thread

Seems like a good deal? Was thinking about taking my Ruger SR22 in to trade and picking this up because I don't have a good carry gun. I do love shooting the little SR22 so I may just keep it and buy this also as I'm sure Vance's will give me next to nothing on trade.

Ruger LCP 380ACP - $179.99

Good price but I would recommend going for the LC9 if you have even slightly big hands. The feel is way better. I've shot them both quite a bit and the LC9 is my main carry.

To that point the LC9S trigger is worlds better.

I have an LCP II strictly for pocket carry. For the extra cash, you get a heck of a lot better of a pistol for $60-$70 in the II.

If you decide to sell the SR22, let me know. I've been looking for a cheap semi auto .22.

Me and Brad actually did a straight trade tonight lol. The LCP II is definitely small, a far cry from the comfortable SR22 for range purposes but I strictly wanted this gun for carry purposes.

Gotcha, good deal. It's a heck of a mouse gun, shoots more like a striker-fire which is what sold me on the gun.

I had an LC9 as my carry before the LCPII (it got stolen) and I actually really liked it. Might go back to one.

Thanks again dude! Great meeting you.

Yeah, the LCPII was just too small for me. I'll get a new carry gun that's a bit bigger, as I never really hip carry (mainly car and then I'll throw it in my back pocket if needed).

Better to have and not need than to need and not have. Shit, I've been looking at sticking a carbine in my trunk as a SHTF backup. Sub 2k,10.5 pistol AR15 or AR9. LOL
