That's def not enough power. That E5700 doesn't have the IGP on die; it's integrated into the north bridge chip set on the motherboard. I'm running a i7-4700mq with a GT750m, and I still get the occasional stuttering.

You'll need a discrete card for sure to render a few hundred units onscreen at once.

Looks like the lowest GPU supported is the HD2000 from low-end Sandy Bridge CPUs. Motherboard integrated graphics are down-right unsupported: http://steamcommunity.com/app/233250/discussions/4/558749824471305841/#c558746745844268058

(But I wouldn't waste my time trying to run this on a HD2000 GPU)

Bought it, tried it, got bored with it after 30 minutes of playing. It's a giant rag doll simulator involving a goat terrorizing shit. Entertaining time waster but not sure it's worth the $7 on sale price

You didn't get far enough in it. Go to the top of that stone tower. It is right where you start. When on top you can fall down inside and it warps you to a castle where you become Queen of the Goats. Press R to make it rain goats. Also if you can find the people having a party in the backyard there is a pentagram somewhere. If you go to it you become a demon goat and can use R on people to levitate them above you. The game gets really glitchy when you do that and starts launching you into the air. That is how I got past the quest for stay in the air for 9 seconds.

This game works perfectly with my xbox 360 controller. Worth the money for the laughs ;)

Ah. Ma. Gawd. PA is awesome. Played a 57 minute match today, and barely took the W. For about 30 of those 57 minutes there was a pretty even back and forth naval and orbital tug-o-war. I was finally able to take orbit, and I started cranking out Orbital Anchors (a space station in synchronous-orbit that blasts the surface). My anchors weakened their navy enough to allow me to build up mine, and park it near their coastline. While my battle ships and frigates beat their base like a drum, I decided to move my Commander off world to start a moon base. While my commander was en-route my navy found and targeted the enemy commander. Boom, Game over, I win. But the enemy had already built Halley V engines on one of the moons, and initiated the burn seconds before their commander died. They dropped one of the planet's moons on my main base. An intense game with a narrow victory.

My navy having wiped out most of the base targets the enemy commander (center of pic) http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o149/loaded321/Planetary%20Annihilation/th_PA3.jpg

The enemy commander has exploded (you can see my navy at the visible top of the planet, about to be crushed by a moon), meanwhile my commander is safe and sound orbiting the 2nd moon in the background. http://i119.photobucket.com/albums/o149/loaded321/Planetary%20Annihilation/th_PA2.jpg
