I don't believe an HOA can cover property taxes...I'm pretty sure that has to be either paid directly by the owner or obviously paid through Escrow in your mortgage. Anyone else? Personally, I'd feel totally comfortable living there. I equate it to Hilliard (some would say that's crazy), but Hilliard is has Galloway/Columbus on one side (eh), and Dublin on the other.
