I don't believe an HOA can cover property taxes...I'm pretty sure that has to be either paid directly by the owner or obviously paid through Escrow in your mortgage.

Possibly Looking for a Realtor!

We are possibly Looking for a Realtor to help us sell our condo. Was going to try to do it ourselves, but need to get the word out more. Any recommendations? I know there are some on here but would like feedback.

I have not lived there in 6 years but at the time I would have no problem letting my wife walk around the neighborhood at night!

Blacklick is a great area; close to New Albany and pretty good schools. Personally, I'd feel totally comfortable living there.

 

I equate it to Hilliard (some would say that's crazy), but Hilliard is has Galloway/Columbus on one side (eh), and Dublin on the other. Blacklick has Reynoldsburg on one side (eh) and New Albany/Gahanna on the other.
