Hey All,

New to the board but certainly not new to the columbus car scene. Grew up in NA, now living in Polaris. Current modes of transportation consist of my daily driver and weekend warrior (aka soon-to-be dedicated track car).

My Daily Driver is an 07 Audi RS4 in Ibis White - one of only 20 like it, so its nice to not have to worry about bumping into another one around town. This is my sleeper and will continue to remain as stock-looking as possible... for awhile, but it does have a GIAC flash and H-pipe mid section on the exhaust.

My 05 Lotus Elise in Krypton Green - naturally aspirated 190hp of pure elation... for now. Only mods are track mirrors, rotors, pads, brake lines and then dedicated track wheels and rubber. This winter, she'll be going under the knife for full Katana265 supercharger build and too many goodies to mention as I prep the car for total track domination.

Welcome.....

Phase 1 and Mid-Ohio....looks like you're finding your way around just fine :)

Thanks much, yes I've love Mid-Ohio. Certainly a blast to drive every chance I get. Much more challenging and rewarding at the same time as Nelsons or Putnam. Still trying to break the 1:46.00 barrier in the elise on street tires with the chicane but that shouldn't be a problem come springtime! :D

welcome, love the RS4.

What makes the RS4 so rare, you have a unique interior color?

Thanks, its the Ibis White exterior that is the real rarity in the states in 07, then just the combo of interior offerings, which are pretty limited on that car to begin with from what you can add or leave off from the factory. Interior is all pretty standard RS, only option not included were the euro seats over the stock recaros, which in hindsight I wish I had!

Hm guess I didn't know ibis was as rare as that...

Euro seats were not offered in the states, from the factory, as you know.

Love the car, one of my favorite sport sedans ever made.

Have you done a carbon cleaning yet?

yeah I know the seats weren't offered in the states but missed the opportunity to swap them + some cash for Euro seats, which has been bothering me everyday since. I was on the fence and then someone else beat me to the punch, now I can't find any for a reasonable price.

Car now has 62k miles, scheduled for its first carbon cleaning next week actually, so I'll be without my baby for a few days while it undergoes some major intake manifold decarboning. Interested to see how much gunk they clean out of her and more importantly, the results. Just had the chance to dyno the car this weekend on a dynojet that was reading somewhat low (according to the tuners), but she pulled 301hp/277tq and I'm interested to see what those numbers will be on the same dyno in about 2 weeks.

Welcome.

I've seen that RS4 on a few occasions in the Polaris area.

Audi's are gay though.

Exact reason why I bought it over the BRZ actually, wanted something a bit gayer... not an easy task I must say
