Littleguy
Business casual = tan or brown suit instead of black, blue, or gray. You could maybe do a pair of non-Italian shoes as well.
Diamonds
I google-imaged business casual and it came up with what appear to be a ton of gay men in tight casual pants rocking gay-guy beards and gay-guy/weezer thick framed glasses (essentially Farkas).... good luck.... 1fast5gp
I think it's always better to be overdressed than underdressed. So, I'd err on the side of being overdressed. Business casual for me is not wearing a tie. This... To me it is slacks and a nice button up shirt that I can wear with a sports coat. Sports coat is optional, It is something you can always take off.

mrhobbz
Bought some polos, a button up and some nice slacks. Also bought an "i quit" cake and party hats for my now previous employee since they've really pissed on my shoes
Mallard
http://i.imgur.com/bGBY0Wl.jpg?1 Since this is now the CR Fashion thread, just wanna give a recommendation to NattyShirts and ModernTailor. If you're an odd-shaped fellow, it's worth a few bucks to get shirts Made-to-Measure. Lol, the Jay Leno tuxedo.
El Karacho1647545492
I've always thought that, in a business setting, if you're wearing a button-down shirt you should have a tie. Without it I think you look like a waiter.

kirks5oh
depends on what your job is. business casual for my septic system cleaner is quite a bit different from business casual in an office setting. business casual for me, means whatever the fuck i want because i don't really have a boss :fuckyeah: and nothing wrong with a 40 year old single father :lolguy: better to be overdressed than underdressed

2 Sweet
It's training, not an interview. Wear what you want and watch others be pissed off they have a tie on. This man speaks the truth

Dan1647545506
I never saw what industry you're in but I go to trainings once a month. I am in the Industrial market so my business casual is slacks, polo(golf shirt) and some comfortable leather shoes. I don't go all out but I do take a nice set of clothes incase they treat you to a nice dinner. Ties aren't ness but the people doing the training will probably have suit and ties on.
