turbospec29
I was in key west for my honeymoon this past week and the owner of our hotel had this interesting car parked out front. Anyone know it? http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc154/keit29/image16_zpsh2zzybwg.jpg http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc154/keit29/image25_zpsn9wtm24b.jpg http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc154/keit29/image33_zpsdhladwvq.jpg
zeitgeist57
I don't know but as I stare at the roofline (especially the back glass w/vents) I'd swear there was an air-cooled 911 under all that. If that's the case, then I has a sad.

If that's the case, then I has a sad. I literally thought the same exact thing as I was looking at those pics. LOL But seriously, if that's the case, then that makes me go , and then :dumb:, and then when I think about how much money it must have cost to do it that well, it makes me go :fuuuu:

POS VETT
None of the neo-classics can be considered "good-looking"; most of them have a modern "mid-section" that doesn't flow well with their overall styling.
turbospec29
1979 Kanzler Coupe Newport Coachworks Santa Ana, California Winner Winner. One of 2 known to exist. This one was owned by Liberace himself, the current owner bought it back in 2006 because in his own words, "he had some money to blow and thought it would make a good investment". I guess since then it had been going through an intense restoration, including a completely new interior and he just got the car back last week after 9 years in a shop. Not my style either, but the history was cool and well documented.
turbospec29
Also, like Liberace himself the owner was FABULOUS. So, I guess car guys are in every crowd.
Avenger1647545502
I recall something VERY similar in styling being sold as a revival of the Allard name.
