TwiztedRabbit Posted May 2, 2009 Report Share Posted May 2, 2009 to be legal on the street you have to have headlamp taillight and signals.. plus at least 1 mirror a cop can bust you for not having 1 of these.. and bust you hard.. my bud took his r6 our for a test ride after rebuilding his motor... had everthing on it but signals.. andwell he was picked up and busted hard.. they impounding his bike it was shitty.. and he was riding next to me we were doing the speed limit too... natedogg624 Posted May 2, 2009 Report Share Posted May 2, 2009 whats your definition of around town? legally no, you can't. downtown-no way; a suburb yea you could probably get away with itif you live in a block neighborhood you can ride it but make sure its not at "peak" times and only limit yourself to within 1 or 2 blocks of your place. i dont recommend it but there are ways. No front signals on any bike.I don't get messed with much.Why do they not impound cars when they have a light out then ? You usualy just get a warning ?? But on bikes you get stroked ??
