Just an FYI I found chatter of this on Wednesday on some onion sites. It's starting to creep into Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and other news sites but for some reason nothing has been mentioned in our local mainstream. If you had plans downtown tomorrow evening, you'll probably want to switch your reservations to a new spot less centralized as a "just in case". No idea how much traction it could gain, if any at all.

my favorite part:

We MUST STRESS the importance of staying nonviolent. Your local 7/11 or Dollar Tree did not cause the deaths of these young men. We condemn every form of rioting.

 

Sounds like a pretty laid back "day of rage" they're calling for.

Side note, I read something yesterday about Trump secretly trying to fuel the BLM movement so that when shit hits the fan, Hillary (a BLM supporter) looks bad.

This has been done before and it wasn't so successful but this year could be different, timing is just right. Be careful.

I find that list interesting - some of the protests are at government buildings?

 

This stuff all sounds wacky. At least Columbus' will be at the same site as Comfest :p

Is that any more or less effective than an empty parking lot or anywhere else? I'd say it is a good choice because of the location and at the same time, they're not causing issues w/government workers and regular citizens if it's closed and empty.

Just got my EBT reloaded and I'm headed down to Goodale Park to start raging. Got a 30 pack of Fratty Light. Anyone else coming down? First beer's on me. Daydrinking ragers are the best.

 

My welfare doesn't come in until the 15th...I've been broke since the 2nd of this month but I bet some begging on a busy off-ramp for about an hour should cover my expenses for the night, so count me in!

 

 

 

Edit: Wait, today is the 15th :dumb:. You forget what day it is when you don't have a job and the government takes care of you.

Got any food? I spent all my credits at the beginning of the month and the food i bought has spoiled. I guess getting three overflowing shopping carts of groceries was a bad idea.
