Mojoe
Click on this link. https://www.rmgtcpasettlement.com/Home.aspx Left side at the top, click file claim. Check the 3rd option to input your phone number and see if they called you. $300 per call, capping at $900. My number was on there. I called the Attorney General office last year and reported this company. I also filed a report on the the AG's website. Looks like others did too. Probably will payout in 2075. Not just phone numbers a nice little matrix of phone numbers and the associated owner's name and address .

zeitgeist57
Make sure in the first section where you're checking to see if your number is already in there, that you don't use any dashes or parentheses. I redid mine as a straight, no-spacing 10-digit phone number and it worked.

Geeto67
Me too. I call shenanigans this is a class action against one marketing company for the cruise lines, that happened to be in US jurisdiction. It could be they used other marketing companies outside us jurisdiction that couldn't be named in the suit to call you. Or the free cruise calls could have been spoof calls to steal your info.
