HotCarl
For those of you who have gotten them, what are the best ones you've received? Any ideas or advice for someone who's currently shopping for his groomsman gifts? I've narrowed it down to embroidered soft coolers with each guys name on it, seems like something useful but not set on it just yet.
Rally Pat
I got a nice quality power bank from my cousin, I use it all the time.
cstmg8
How much are you looking to spend? I got engraved hickory putters for my groomsmen. They were kinda cool. I think like $65 a piece ish. Cordell
I got a nice pocketknife with my initials on it. I thought it was a nice gift. Personally I think the groom has enough things going on that it doesn’t need to be a big deal anyway.
Fiji ST
I got my best man, who was my brother, a nice glass decanter and matching glasses. For the other 3, two got etched pint glasses and one got an engraved leather flask.
cruizin01
I paid for their tux rentals. I think they appreciated that more than a gift.
zeitgeist57
Was just about to say I got a nice flask years ago, unfortunately lost it during the move back from FL back in 2008. Now that I'm into bourbon, I wish I had it on more occasions than I care to admit.
RCode04
I got a personalized Louisville Slugger once. It was pretty cool but sits in the closet now waiting for an intruder.
2 Sweet
I paid for their tux rentals. I think they appreciated that more than a gift. ^ This is a solid idea. I fucking hate paying so much to rent a tux. Think about it.....hundreds of dollars to BORROW clothes for a day? Crazy. Then again, everything about a wedding is typically priced at ridiculous rates, simply because they can. My favorite gift was a large beer mug engraved with my initials. Simple and cheap, yet awesome.
Duff1647545513
My brother got us each a Yeti thermos that he had taken before hand to Yellow Springs Brewery and had them filled with beer. I enjoyed it
Not Brian
I got a massive 32oz beer mug with a little metal engraved plaque on it with my name and stuff. That's pretty awesome. Then I got a really nice money clip with my initials. Even if I were the money clip type, my initials are BJ so I wouldn't really sport that around. spectragod
Uhhh, well, I got Glock 19’s for my guys, they were all gun whackers, and when I got married, there were only 3-4 Glock’s on the market.
SRTurbo04
Did pocket knives for my groomsman seemed to be a good hit. Some still have it 6 years later
1Quik7
I gave Oak aging barrels for liquor. My best man made some pretty damn good blends in his. Something to do with alcohol or cigars is usually a good bet.

Dharris89
I gave engraved pocket knives to my groomsmen. I received a flask for one wedding. Honestly paying for the tux or hotel is a better gift in my opinion. The last wedding I was in, the tux cost me $250, the hotel $200 plus gas to and back from Cleveland. I’m glad my friend got married but it was a hit cost wise.
PRD2BDF
Agreed with paying for their tux or a room. I was my best friend's best man. I was broke for about six to seven months because of the party and the tux. And all I got was a last minute engraved money holder

Fiji ST
I paid for their tux rentals. I think they appreciated that more than a gift. This is actually a really good idea. Wish I had thought of it back then.
gillbot
I paid for their tux rentals. I think they appreciated that more than a gift. I did the same, they were all happy it was an easy ordeal after that.
