OK i am looking for a quarter sleeve from bicep to neck and am looking for a good artist. It is only going to be a tribal rap of some sort but i would like the guy to be good and have alot of input . I am a cheap bastard so a OR guy offering a discount would be awesome . I will provide the beer (after the tat lol) of course and will drive pretty much anywhere . Also i am looking for a good portrait guy for the old lady's ( picture of our dead saint bernard ) give me a yell with your suggestions please , and thanks all
