It's a place where people from all over the world come to see the sites and gamble.I've been to some of the local style casinos. I've watched the locals that look like should be on PeopleofWalmart.com, set there are blow their entire paycheck, then get on the city bus and go home, broke. It's sad! I think the lotto, slots and other gambling related things are already in there. All of which I don't think belong in a constitution.
