What headlight(s) do I need?

So I want to jump on the deal for the HID kit, but I am not certain as to what light(s) I need. My manual says this:

So I think I need a two light set up. One H4 one H7. Which is the high beam, and which is the low beam? Also, the DDM kit can only be ordered in a one bulb type. So two H7's, or two H4's. So do I need two kits?

Anything else that I am overlooking?
