Guest MotoGP Tix Posted December 11, 2007 Report Share Posted December 11, 2007 Thanks for the clean up, I was going to suggest it alsoIm working on eats discounts for the whole group, so stay tuned on that...37 tix are still unspoken for..The number for sale tix are 37 + the remaining IOU's 37+6 ( but of course I am assuming people wil pay there IOU's )Remaining IOU's are slowly getting pushed down the list. But YOU Do have a ticket until then...From this point on you get a ticket when you pay ( see above from satan )I have gotten A TON of emails on the remaining tix.. Im putting the odds at about 75 -85 percent that we well indeed sell all 100 tixSO IF YOU WANT A TICKET , DO NOT WAIT... DONT BE LEFT OUT... After the 100 are gone WE are out of the moto gp tix bizTix are expected to be mailed around JULY, I will start collecting mailing addresses over the winter... Guest MotoGP Tix Posted January 8, 2008 Report Share Posted January 8, 2008 I hear the Westin is a nice hotel Ok, so I didnt pick Quinta based on close or anything there were other factors...Is it a GOOD hotel ? Yes middle of the road.GREAT location for eats and freeway access.. Farthest east exit, so NO it isnt close to the track but no worries on getting lost with yer trailer... The track is about 12 miles away so its not that bad..I also picked this hotel because it was far enough that we could dominate the hotel...I am also working on group eats / discounts..This year MIGHT be a learning experience so we shall see...IF I do it again , it will be pre pay only thats for sure.. I got stuck fronting ( and still fronting ) a poo load of monies.Ditto for the tix, we got 100 tix exactly what we ordered..
