Nothing gets deleted it gets "moved to a special area" Casper likes to remind us of every now and then.

There's only a handful at most that have been moved there, and most go to Ranting and Raving after enough time for people to chill. The only ones I don't think have been moved back are ones that broke rules (like posting things for sale before being able to).
