Summary of Duties Collaborates with the Director, Alumni Programs and the University for activities related to alumni programming/events by: coordinating the planning, organizing, implementation and strategic evaluation of new and existing programs/events; managing database and web-based applications; creating, tracking and reporting on program/event evaluation; serving as the liaison between the Outreach & Engagement department and OSUAA's Customer Service Center on program/event details, attendee lists, program/event costs, registration method and deadlines; provides administrative support as needed; and utilizes critical thinking and business planning skills.

Makes non-routine choices within established guidelines, with minimal supervision. Accomplishes work in a timely and accurate manner.
