Need help with Microsoft Word 2007

so your saying you need it to be a group project then?

Didn't realize it was so many files.

Each file is notes for a topic in class. There are over 700 separate "objectives" throughout my classes, 200 of these will be on the final test. I want to take these 700 objectives and put them into one document to print out to study. There is a lot of filler information in the notes which even though important, won't be on the test.

Copy a few docs to your wife's computer and see how it works there, just to prove it's something on your computer.
I tried it here in Word 2003 with no problems. :dunno:

She doesnt have 07 so itd probably be fine. I do like it better than 03...

Try highlighting the first word of text, then press Ctrl+F3, and continue collecting text with Ctrl+F3, not Ctrl+C. Then when you get ot the new document, press Ctrl+Shift+F3 and this should do it. Let me know what you find.
