crb
glock 27 which is .40 plus a lone wolf 9mm barrel for around $100 and you get two calibers to shoot in one gun.Is the 27 too big for ankle carry in your opinion?
conn-e-rot
I personally can not stand ankle holsters so I have never carried in one but I think it would be kind of bulky and hard to keep from printing unless you wore pants that are quite loose at the bottom. I would say for an ankle carry you'd be better of with a smaller gun or at least something thinner with single stack mag. MidgetTodd
Only hookers should ankle carry as they are the only ones likely to have their hands near their ankles on a regular basis

flounder
You can't shoot cast reload in a glock if I remember correctly, It will eat anything you throw at it. The only thing with Cast ammo is that it is dirtier and will cake up the feed ramps quicker and create more deposits in the barrel.
flounder
Is the 27 too big for ankle carry in your opinion?Yes IMO its too big and heavy once loaded to be an ankle carry.
C-bus
However, they are fine for cankle carry if you are a large-framed woman.
crb
Only hookers should ankle carry as they are the only ones likely to have their hands near their ankles on a regular basisI was considering it as a BUG not as a primary. The 27 is probably too thick for pocket carry. I may have to pick up a pocket 9.

My usual carry now is w Sig 229 in 40 cal. My deal had an lcr I'm 38 sp, but it didn't feel right in my hand.

DrewsBrews
I like keltec for being inexpensive and utilitarian, but still inovative designs. I've got a P3AT, a design that other makes have finally started to copy. You can pick em up new for $250. They arn't pretty but it was and is still one of the smallest locking barrel 380s. Because of the small size and weight, they arn't the most comfortable to shoot. mag extensions make them more controlable though.
