But, he's been in the military, has CAD experience, all these other experiences and is a guy with multiple kids and a wife.So, right out of high school at 18, he enters the military, is out at 22, gets trained in CAD within apparently a couple of years and gets married and pops out a couple of kids. Hmmmmmm...Somehow, the timeline just doesn't work for me. In any case, the age tells a HUGE story as to the responses he has given. Now I understand and am going to let the doucher run as free as he wants as I understand he is unlike a lot of the 25 year old SMART guys I know and that have a level head and understand life and do not need to try and stretch the truth to fit in. This is a case of a typical 25 year old that THINKS he has life figured out, thinks he is due something already, and that has an inferiority complex.Explains a ton...CAD? where on this forum or in person have I ever once mentioned CAD? IF you really told us the truth and you told your boss to fuck off or similar (Paraphrasing you), you would have been written up no matter how good an employee you were. The thing you need to realize is that the world doesn't revolve around you.There are rules and no matter how good you are at your craft like flipping burgers to landing the Space Shuttle, you do what you said you did to your boss and you get written up. Plain and simple.In most cases, had it gone down as you mentioned, you would have been fired. The things that don't make sense is that according to you, it is a basic, entry level job so, no real responsibility that couldn't easily be filled by someone else quickly. You also state that you were slanderous towards your boss and that you refused training. Then, you say that you were going to be leaving in 2 months so, it isn't a great job anyways... All this wrapped up and now, you are trying to convince us that you are the employee of the year at that place.Please tell me what burger joint or Best Buy you work at so I know to avoid, please? If you are the gold star employee, I can only imagine the shit show employees that are the others you work with...You got me, I have to lie, I work at burger king... Not $8/hr...So, I call bullshit on whatever you are saying you've done, what you've experienced and maybe even the military background which would be disgraceful...But, you mentioned NERC and when we talked, I asked him and when I found out what they made, it was pretty funny when I remembered your first post...My job requires level 1 nerc training, I am a security guard... Ask him about that I'm pretty sure he will tell you anyone who has free access to NERC has to have nerc training. Ao obviously you have no clue what your talking about.I can't discuss nerc though, but if your friend is willing to discuss it that goes against company policy and he could be fired. And as ive mentioned(if you knew how to read) why in 2 months I will not be a contractor anymore... I hope you realize DPL was bought out by another security company right? You obviously don't have your facts straight. I also said I went to college for 2.5y for computer information systems, which you did get right, surprisingly. I work for a security company, said security company has a contract with DP&L. DP&L is tired of said security company, so said company is losing their contract. Good luck with that.My level of NERC is just so I can escort people around NERC, I never claimed it was anything more then that, but people like to jump to conclusions I drove semi trucks for 7 years, not sure how that qualifies me as having very little CDL experience IT is just a hobby, sure I went to college for it, but I can't get past the required math courses needed to get a degree. I suck at math, I just can't get it no matter how many times I try(failed the same math class 4 times)CNC 1year op 6mo setup/programmingInsurance rep/financial planning/investments (yes I have/had my licenses for this, but quit renewing my licenses) that shit sucked ass, I hate cold calls and working on 100% commission, wasn't for me.Restaurant experience 8 years exp on and off including management. My other job I work at a country club, not the best pay, but it's decent. I certainly don't want to make a career of it for the rest of my life.I did almost make it onto hells kitchen though, I got past the first 2 interviews b4 I got the boot that shit was pretty cool, I didn't even expect to make it past the first interview I don't even know what I want to do with my life, but until then I'm SOL. I do know I want to do something to make a difference in other peoples life for the better. I was wanting to be a cop at one point but I have an underage consumption and a dui on my record unfortunately...I may just go active AF SP if they will ever take me in, but as of right now I can't get in because I'm prior service. I have no interest in any other branch though.I'm not the best person and I don't always have the best attitude, working 24/7 is stressful and with no way to release that stress and your boss up your ass your bound to snap sometime.
