He crashed, but appears low speed. He ran on foot. And got caught hiding in some bushes in somebody's yard.I pull up and the cop car is sitting open and empty, with the Green Kaw nearby. Nobody around. Foot chase! I couldn't continue, so turned and found 4 or 5 more cruisers, also empty. Stopped and talked with people, and one Patrolman who went back to his car. He crashed near my place, failed to make a tricky turn at speed.Know what? That kid is lucky he didn't hit an oncoming car when making that right turn. Busy intersection.
