hello, Im Rick from the Cleveland area, I like long walks on the beach and I believe everything I read in the internet and i believe boost is a religion. But in all seriousness I like cars. I am a mopar guy by heart but i know way too much about GMs, Fords, and imports, Because I service, modify and build them for a living. I am one of the owners of Big 3 Racing in Brunswick about 20 minutes south of cleveland. I Have a 72 Plymouth Duster that I am in mid build of. my new combo consist of 435 ci small block mopar. I am using the mopar r3 race block eagle crank and rods and a custom set of Wiseco pistons. Fully ported Indy heads custom grind solid roller cam and a custom borgwarner s480 with a 88mm wheel. budget made mild headers and 4 inch down pipe.. I hope to make 1000hp to wheels on my mustang heart breaker dyno..if not fuck i dont care it will make that sweet turbo sound and do smokey rolling burn outs and that makes me smile. i post some pics of my car and a few videos the first 2 videos are of my old combo that was a stock block 418 nitrous motor one run is N/A the other is on the bottle both on pump gas and 255 drag radials. I will also post some pics of some other cars that i have built not mine but some cool stuff thanks for reading and hopefully after this i can see the rest of the site. http://i41.tinypic.com/2qtuzkn.jpg http://i40.tinypic.com/15whxfo.jpg http://i43.tinypic.com/11w98iv.jpg turbo gto i built the kit for http://i42.tinypic.com/10seqg7.jpg twin turbo big block kit i built http://i39.tinypic.com/flfuk2.jpg3 points

Iron Pony has completed a buyout of the AYC Alpinestars. This collection is huge and includes many of Alpines most popular models. Alpinestars' products almost never go on sale, and have never been available at these rock bottom prices. Do not miss this opportunity. This might give you an idea of the amount of Alpinestars gloves we have in stock.....1 point

You're fucking kidding me, right? "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof" US Constitution, 1st Amendment. Separation of Church and State upheld: Treaty of Tripoli, 1797 - John Adams: As the Government of the United States of America is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion; as it has in itself no character of enmity against the laws, religion, or tranquility, of Mussulmen; and, as the said States never entered into any war, or act of hostility against any Mahometan nation, it is declared by the parties, that no pretext arising from religious opinions, shall ever produce an interruption of the harmony existing between the two countries. Everson v. Board of Education, 1947 Seriously man, 5 minutes of research.1 point

This is where your argument falls apart. The government does give special benefits to married people. Tax status, next-of-kin status, everything that's already been mentioned in this thread. Why, IN THE EYES OF THE STATE ONLY, is it permissible to give these benefits or allow that simple contract to be created between a man and a woman and deny it to a same-sex couple? THAT is the question being asked here, and one that no one is willing to answer without invoking religion, because there IS no answer without invoking religion.1 point

If you are referring to me you missed my poiny which is the government has no business in marriage. While I think homosexuality is unnatural, you wont see me asking for laws TCP outlaw it. I am entitled to believe its unnatural, and I'm not forcing my beliefs on you. I don't understand why homosexuals want to force me to accept homosexuality as normal. FYI I will never feel its normal even if the government allows them to marry. While on the topic the public schools have no business in trying to normalize homosexuality either or normalizing being straight for that matter! If homosexuals want the "right" to marry why not get on the libertarian band wagon? No the want a new law "normalizaling" it. Fight to get the government out of it all together. Liberty in my opinion is minimal government laws and interference. Why is it the governments place to say brothers and sisters, brothers, sisters, cousins, etc can't "marry"? Why does the government need to tell me how many spouses I can have? ****FYI I am not advocating incest, or polygamy only making a point. ****1 point

If I'm anywhere and heaar gunfire break out my first action is find my wife. Secondly I find the nearest exit.... If anyone tries to get between me and the exit in a harmful way ill deal with it. I'm not gong to act like the typical tough guy and say I'm taking the shooter out. No thanks. That's for the police. I am responsible for me and my own.1 point

Not that I really care either way but my thoughts are if the gays wanna ruin the one good thing they have by not getting married, being miserable and then losing half their shit when the other bitch inevitably cheats well then let themselves shoot their own foot1 point

Worry about what you make, not everyone else. That's what I say. I vote for elected officials just so I don't have to worry about stupid shit like how much public employees get paid. I have more important things to worry about than administrative bullshit for professions I'm not even involved in. I'm amazed at the amount of public discussion wasted on teacher salaries. It's just not worth it. They should stop doing ballot initiatives for things that should be executive decisions, because both sides end up being full of people who have no idea how to run a school. Myself included. Seriously, I know nothing about running a school, why does anyone trust me to vote on this shit? I mean, I know we have an Ohio Division of Wildlife. I'm sure it's good that we have one. If anyone asked me if I had an opinion on how much ODW employees get paid I'd punch them in the face. But replace the ODW with teachers and suddenly everyone has an opinion and wants to hold votes for everything. Makes no sense.1 point

NOT TRUE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Slanted story. The old way paid a 'soldier' an entire month of the benefits, with only 1 day served "in country." The new way pro-rates for days "in country." If Sgt Slaughter deploys to Afghanistan for 12 months and 15 days, he will now receive Imminent Danger Pay IDP(combat pay) for 12 months and 15 days. Versus the old ways of being paid Imminent Danger Pay for 13 months. I think this is very fair.1 point

I aim to educate, not to aggravate. Here is the break down of the Westerville School District pay chart. BA w/ zero years exp: $37,659 BA +150hrs w/ 5 years exp: $48,343 MA w/ 10 years exp: $65,410 MA +15hrs w/ 15 years exp: $76,966 MA +30hrs w/ 20 years exp: $86,409 The full chart can be seen here:http://www.wcsoh.org/docs/10-11%20Salary%20Schedule.pdf So your base yearly salary for ANY teacher just starting out is going to be $37,659. That might not be shabby. With all the schooling that takes to get to this point it isn’t that much. Using the numbers from this article the author puts 1 year of schooling at $7,000 per year plus books and fees. Let’s just stick with the $7,000 number for now, so simple math gives you $28,000 for a four year degree less books and fees. So you have your four year degree now you need to complete a credentialing program. Let’s keep using that $7,000 number, so now were at $35,000. And as any teacher will tell you just having the bare minimum will NOT get you hired but that’s beside the point right now. So your making $37,659 IF you get hired and have $35,000 in student loans. Hell if you DONT get hired you still have the loans. We know you’re not getting to barrow that money for free so from USBank.com they are offering a fixed interest rate of 7.99%. So leaving this as broad as possible let’s say you’re going to pay it off in ten years. It’s going to cost you $424.46 a month pay it off in that time frame. Paying out $15,935.51 in total interest bringing your grand total for five years of schooling to $50,935.51. Again I want to point out I used the LOWEST of low numbers when figuring out how much your college education would cost. As pointed out by the original author a private college can cost more than $26,000 a year. So for five years that’s $130,000 and at a 7.99% interest rate it would be a grand total of $189,188.75! And let’s not forget if you want bigger and better pay raises you have to go BACK to school. So my option on the question that was asked no teachers do NOT make too much money. If it chaps your ass that badly then why didn’t you become a teacher and make ALL of that money? Additionally do you really want your child’s education to be provided by the lowest bidder?1 point

agreed. every single cop acts like the ones in this video. its crazy when people bitch about tyranny this, oppressed this, etc while they live here take issue with this stuff? absolutely. go to the extreme of saying we live under a tyrannical government? please. i work with a guy who moved here from Africa and he is the most patriotic person ive ever met....he knows what a bad government is really like, and he has a true appreciation for ours...sad that Americans often have such a hard time seeing it. there will always be bad cops, bad people, etc ive seen hundreds of cops in my 21 years and ive never seen them laying down the iron fist on civilians....so when the video does come up every now and then exposing the few bad ones out there, is it really fair to say theyre all that way?1 point

The car wreck one, where the dude flipped out of the car and looked knocked out like a rag doll and cops ran up beating him. I don't know what the perp did but. I'd like to tie all the cops to a tree, buttnaked, and bullwhip them till they're bloodied and crying like a new born.1 point

...and he got Bin Ladin and he got us out of Iraq, where we never should have been in the first place and achieved nothing but killing over 4000 Americans,God only knows how many working class Iraqis, and spending nearly two trillion dollars doing nothing but creating another generation of terrorists. And he/we have killed more top ranking Taliban leaders in the last year using drones than the previous cartel did in their whole failed, and costly, efforts in the region.Drones save both money and American lives. And he just ordered the successful rescue of an American and Dane from Somali prates, while killing nine pirates. What military successes did the Bush/Chaney cartel have other than Chaney's numerous deferments to stay out of Vietnam.-1 points
