I admire your passion and spunk. I am a sponsor of many things, this site included, as you can see by my Sponsor title. I would entertain the thought of a HD Drag bike as well. I already Sponsor a Drag Queen in the MMMA (Midget Mixed Martial Arts) so why not a Drag Bike too? How tall are you? I don't mean to be a hater but I tend to stick with Midget Sponsorships for obvious reasons and the Biggers just don't seem to understand. If not a Midget are you atleast of short stature whereas I could play it off as the Drag Strips tallest Midget? Just thinking out loud here. This could be an Epic endeavor, Midget on a lowered bike on a Short course, you see the short and sweet picture here? I'm running a little short on time here to go into more detail but long story short, I think this could work. Think it over and get back with me and we'll set up a short interview sometime next week, Ill be in the Short North next Thurday. I can see the looks already when we pull in with the Short Bed Dodge pulling the trailer with all the Sponsor tags on it. Obviously mine, Midget Todd Enterprises, MMMA, Stubby Wrench, Short Dawg Repo, Short Go Midget Rodeo. Lets do this.6 points

So, Theresa and I have been riding 99% track for about 3 years now. maybe putting about 200miles on the street a year. This is mainly due to the hassle is was to switch back and forth from Track fairings to street bodywork, lights and so on. We have realized how much we actually did miss the street being able to go on rides(nothing more than spirited 60-80% of pace) on some back roads, going to dinner and just being on the bike more than the twice a month we were getting when going to the track. That being said, we didn't exactly get touring bikes. First off no we are NOT selling the CBR or the R6 those are staying as dedicated track bikes, and will stay that way till they no longer run haha. Second eventually these will make it to the track, just don't know when are anything else for that matter. I wanted to Say (though they are not on here) thanks to Ducati of Indianapolis. I have had the pleasure of being a CR for them for almost 2 years now. They know how to take care of a customer. Good prices, great service and amazing people work there. Do not hesitate to contact them! well enjoy.. as much as I plan on Theresa is Now Rocking a 2013 Ducati 848 EVO I decided on the 2013 Ducati Panigale1 point

If you get upset so easily, this may not be the right forum for you bud. Just sayin.1 point

Do not take it. My brother went there out of college. 25 years. Started as a purchasing agent and worked his way up. He was in charge of building their KC plant. Got that online, came back and took over their museum. Saved the museum and turned it into a money maker. Last year they cut all the managers with less than about 25 years or so. Broomed then all, him included. It is a f'ed up company man. And in some trouble. Don't leave a good job for them.1 point

I didnt say I advocate helmet laws. Just think you're a fucking retard for not wearing one. And call me "fony" biker all you want, but I wouldn't go on a ride with someone stupid enough to not wear a helmet. Want a hint? Most people here share that sentiment also. Show up for an OR group ride dressed in your jeans and t shirt and wicked awesome sunglasses and you will see. P.S. I probably ride more miles in a week than you do in a month, call me a "fony" all you want, but go ahead and think that over. I'll be out riding while youre at home cleaning oil spots off the garage floor and polishing aluminum to make your bike faster1 point

Funny how EVERY sanctioned car and motorcycle racing organization requires racers to wear these dangerous, ineffective helmets.....1 point

I'm pretty sure this is a means to get your developer access revoked. Also, it's not like you're paying money for the beta... If you're a dev, it's part of the package. Pretty shady... Just say'n.1 point

I remember you calling and running all over gods green earth trying to find one and you finally did in your price range, which actually wasn't much less than you are selling for lol. Surprised you didn't want to bump the price up a tad more to cover all the emails, phone calls, and driving you did to find that one.1 point

I'm not even sure why I'm entertaining this idea as you've got me thinking maybe just throwing my 06 with 11k miles and several upgrades on Craigslist for the hell of it. Must be cause I've had the same bike too long now1 point

you know where I can't decide I want to ride an hour before I go on a week night with a shitty back tire and for free? A track day1 point

Ohhh they will... You'll have to go up in weight though as your stabilizer muscles strengthen... Also, I wouldn't only use kettlebells, I do some core lifts with bars as well. Idk what fitness regiment you're using however, Crossfit uses them a lot along with other Olympic lifts and high impact exercises. If ya want some fun stuff, look up kettlebell complex... Rough stuff out there1 point

Many folks will tell you to replace the tire no matter what, and its a good idea, probably the best, however, many will tell you about plugged tires they have ridden thousands of miles, I'm one who after getting a nail in the middle of the treads on a virtually new rear tire with around 100 miles on it, plugged it to get home, took the tire off, patched it from the inside keeping the plug in and rode it another 20,000 miles including a trip to CO. All situations are different and don't take my word as gospel, I'm just a frugal type of guy, but, what's a tire cost? $150? I give ambulance rides at work that cost $500. $150 isn't so much when looking at costs of other things. Two sides of a story.1 point

Nice, I need to do this cause I know my speedo on the street triple is way off. The good part, after I figure out how much it's off I can correct it with some free software called TuneECU. It has a section to calibrate the speedometer if you make gearing changes. Should work to correct this too. If you have a Triumph, KTM, or Aprilia and you don't have TuneECU, you should!1 point

Enough with the 'as a racer' crap dude. You're an aspiring racer. That means 'not a racer yet'. Also, you don't have an air compressor....you gonna hand-rub a complete frame and swinger? Don't you have a job, wife and kid(s)?0 points

can we get back to racing? these last few posts have NOTHING to do with racing. just saying. i dont judge anyone until they do something for me to judge them, i think id rather be judged when i do something to be judged for. this is a big issue with forums. i tried one a long time ago, it was some all sportster group and it was a foney drama session, id really rather not go through that bs again-1 points

ok, wow, that may have read wrong. Ok, i will admit myself, helmets do save a life and they are good for certain happenings. AGAIN, crazy, we have this thing about reading. I stated in racing and off road they keep heads from banging and flying debris. shit, they do that in hockey, football and baseball. so what, helmets are not all bad, they are not all so great either. for every action, theres a counter action. duh, if you go slide down the road/track, a good pair of leathers, boots, gloves and a helmet is really going to be nice. a semi head on at 90, aint gonna friggiin matter. thats my point. it is every persons right to decide. I wouldnt mind wearing one. IF I HAD ONE. I dont. I guess I was lucky. Anyone want to go buy me a helmet, I'll gladly wear it, with certain stipulations. nothing pink, mohawked or anything too exotic. But I dont have one. Even if I had my Bell, I wouldnt wear it on a mc on the street Migit, can ya make that a hooter and come over? hahaha. Anyways, guys if YOU want and what I want was the same, there would be no debates in the word. I know I SHOULD wear helmets and all this but facts are facts. I dont ad I'm here telling you I dont. I will get one asap, how about that? Is that going to drop the helmet subject????-1 points

wow, its nice to see some jerk ruin a good thread. for anyone out there who feel they re better than me or wouldnt be happy to ride beside me, float on safely but dont get in my way of life. steve, move on-1 points

dude, you really need reading and comprehension skills lessons. Nope, im not mad, you actually helped prove a good solid point. Some folks just cant handle life without having to have everyone doing as they do. its a waste man, let life and people be who they are. but you wont, you will just troll and troll looking for bs to start man, I ahve seen your kind way too often. all you do is sit on the net and troll and harass folks for nothing but to make others as miserable. yer just too cool. a real cool guy. Go look up neck and spine foundation and see what they have to say about the long term stress on your neck that a helmet causes. also look into a lot of things to do with helmets. while they do good, they cause harm. go take your helmet off, ride down the road and hit the brakes. now, go do it again with your helmet and tell me how much more force gets put on your neck. in many cases there has been reported whiplash and severe neck injury from the extra weight on your neck. things to think about for your next post. im sure itll be how retarded i am and how you re too cool to ride with me. a, wouldnt want ya to anyway. b, you re too stuck up to have a good time and c, you seem like a bsa to me. maybe other suck up to ya or follow your pitiful example. I cant see why you havent floated on to another subject where you say the same thing over and over. I see this thread going nowhere. maybe i can delete it and start oa post called troll free good times-1 points
