I admire your passion and spunk. I am a sponsor of many things, this site included, as you can see by my Sponsor title. I would entertain the thought of a HD Drag bike as well. I already Sponsor a Drag Queen in the MMMA (Midget Mixed Martial Arts) so why not a Drag Bike too? How tall are you? I don't mean to be a hater but I tend to stick with Midget Sponsorships for obvious reasons and the Biggers just don't seem to understand. If not a Midget are you atleast of short stature whereas I could play it off as the Drag Strips tallest Midget? Just thinking out loud here. This could be an Epic endeavor, Midget on a lowered bike on a Short course, you see the short and sweet picture here? I'm running a little short on time here to go into more detail but long story short, I think this could work. I sometimes race my gfs 4cyl altima at stop lights against fast cars. Yea it's slow, but it's consistently slow. Because racer.

So, Theresa and I have been riding 99% track for about 3 years now. maybe putting about 200miles on the street a year. This is mainly due to the hassle is was to switch back and forth from Track fairings to street bodywork, lights and so on. We have realized how much we actually did miss the street being able to go on rides(nothing more than spirited 60-80% of pace) on some back roads, going to dinner and just being on the bike more than the twice a month we were getting when going to the track. That being said, we didn't exactly get touring bikes. First off no we are NOT selling the CBR or the R6 those are staying as dedicated track bikes, and will stay that way till they no longer run haha. Second eventually these will make it to the track, just don't know when are anything else for that matter. I wanted to Say (though they are not on here) thanks to Ducati of Indianapolis. I have had the pleasure of being a CR for them for almost 2 years now. They know how to take care of a customer. Good prices, great service and amazing people work there. Do not take it. My brother went there out of college. 25 years. Started as a purchasing agent and worked his way up. He was in charge of building their KC plant. Got that online, came back and took over their museum. Saved the museum and turned it into a money maker. Last year they cut all the managers with less than about 25 years or so. Ohhh they will... You'll have to go up in weight though as your stabilizer muscles strengthen... Also, I wouldn't only use kettlebells, I do some core lifts with bars as well. Idk what fitness regiment you're using however, Crossfit uses them a lot along with other Olympic lifts and high impact exercises. If ya want some fun stuff, look up kettlebell complex... Rough stuff out there

I would not do it, I polished the frame on my gixer and regreted it. It was a pain in the ass too keep clean, after every ride I had to touch it up of it would look like shit.

Many folks will tell you to replace the tire no matter what, and its a good idea, probably the best, however, many will tell you about plugged tires they have ridden thousands of miles, I'm one who after getting a nail in the middle of the treads on a virtually new rear tire with around 100 miles on it, plugged it to get home, took the tire off, patched it from the inside keeping the plug in and rode it another 20,000 miles including a trip to CO. All situations are different and don't take my word as gospel, I'm just a frugal type of guy, but, what's a tire cost? $150? I give ambulance rides at work that cost $500. $150 isn't so much when looking at costs of other things. Two sides of a story.

Nice, I need to do this cause I know my speedo on the street triple is way off. The good part, after I figure out how much it's off I can correct it with some free software called TuneECU. It has a section to calibrate the speedometer if you make gearing changes. Should work to correct this too. If you have a Triumph, KTM, or Aprilia and you don't have TuneECU, you should!

ok, wow, that may have read wrong. Ok, i will admit myself, helmets do save a life and they are good for certain happenings. AGAIN, crazy, we have this thing about reading. I stated in racing and off road they keep heads from banging and flying debris. shit, they do that in hockey, football and baseball. so what, helmets are not all bad, they are not all so great either. for every action, theres a counter action. duh, if you go slide down the road/track, a good pair of leathers, boots, gloves and a helmet is really going to be nice. a semi head on at 90, aint gonna friggiin matter. thats my point. it is every persons right to decide. Go look up neck and spine foundation and see what they have to say about the long term stress on your neck that a helmet causes. also look into a lot of things to do with helmets. while they do good, they cause harm. go take your helmet off, ride down the road and hit the brakes. now, go do it again with your helmet and tell me how much more force gets put on your neck. in many cases there has been reported whiplash and severe neck injury from the extra weight on your neck. things to think about for your next post. im sure itll be how retarded i am and how you re too cool to ride with me. a, wouldnt want ya to anyway. b, you re too stuck up to have a good time and c, you seem like a bsa to me. maybe other suck up to ya or follow your pitiful example.
