OK, so, a young, single geneticist is walking through the park and comes upon a mantis-shaped cat, which he promptly picks up (having noticed it was one of his colleagues' escaped creations). I've used Boston lager for brats before...huge difference vs domestic light beer. Trick my chef buddy taught me: After you pull the brats from the beer to (hopefully) brown on the grill, reduce the beer down to the consistency of warm maple syrup, then pour into the peppers and onions that you've (hopefully) been cooking in butter and reduce further. You get all the greasy goodness that escaped the brats plus a nice rich malt flavor plus butter (!) Plus the onion and pepper flavors. For the added touch, buy bakery rolls you have to split yourself, butter with real mayo and toast on the grill. You'll get a nice crisp toast on them that will handle the juices from the meat and toppings. This is the best sausage sandwich I've ever had, but it will put you in an early grave.

Cancelled it after the last kid moved out and don't miss it at all, there's enough on the net to watch if I want to vegitate. Between Netflix, 20 or so documentary websites, youtube, PBS and BBC(with the media hint firefox add on) I can geek out on military history anytime I want.

Where, exactly, did I say I supported Koch? Let be be very clear on this, as I always have been, I hate everyone. Everyone. I am a conservative but that has nothing to do with Koch or Republicans. Ride home at 3 am a couple nights last week. I only have summer gloves so I had to stop by walmart and pick up some umbrella bags to cut the chill so my hands would work. Talk about looking like a crazy person at walmart.
