I just don't understand things very well I guess. The mod function should be an administrative duty and not a way to guide topics or evoke your own personal sensitivities. If you want to get involved in a topic then leave your mod powers at the door. One of the funny things that has happened lately has been the new user names that were obviously made by an existing user. This is in direct violation of the rules and an easy administrative fix, whether you agree with the rule or not. Seeing something that you don't agree with and moving it to a new and improved thread is not needed or wanted because it is neither new or improved. Having things in a neat little package that fits a mods idea of how things should be is not fun, entertaining or compelling enough to keep people involved. There are plenty of corporate motorcycle websites that work under those principles. This is not what I'm looking for and it is the reason I am here.4 points

If you want to get the party started a little earlier take 9 south near St Clairsville to147 east from Centerville to Bellaire. Both were paved last year.If you don't know this part of 147 you're in for a pleasent surprise. The esses going down the hill into Bellaire are a blast...if you can get a clean shot without blockers. Also...if you have the time to do a little exploring turn at the gas station in the little town of Key.Go straight until it T's.At the T go left. It's all new pavement and it will eventually take you out on 7 about a mile or two from the Moundsville bridge.Sorry,I don't remember the road names or number.Or you could look for new pavement on the side roads as you're going down 7.1 point

This over moderating has got to stop. Making threads read out of context, not in real time is stupid. Why don't you over moderators just lock this thread again and continue to post in it by yourselves. I promise to continue reading an envy all of your powers while reading.1 point

Want to be a mod? Post up. The existing mods/admins will pick five people from this thread to throw up in a poll. Popular vote wins. Disclaimer: This is not a paid position. People will hate you. If you don't do enough, people will complain. If you do too much, people will complain. It's almost completely under appreciated. You may get spit on at events and called a nazi. You may suddenly develop a fetish for Lycra and bicycles. You may suddenly develop nosebleeds. No returns or exchanges. Cancellation at anytime should be expected.1 point

So many people seem to think 30k is high miles and it's gonna die soon. Let's do some math on that. If you bought a bike new for $9k and you only got 30k miles out of it, you'd have paid basically .30 cents a mile to ride that bike. Plus gas, insurance, mods you did. Do your actual factory recommended services on time and fix things when they need fixed and keep the thing. You'll get so many more miles than 30k. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk1 point
