I didn't work on bikes today, but I did begin to organize my tool box. I finished the first two drawers. Only 9 more to go.

Based on that I wouldn't hire someone on unemployment either unless they could commit to staying. Training is very time consuming and costly at my work. Paying a extra guy to learn, paying the trainer OT for a couple months to teach them and then they bail? One summer I worked 5 months of 12hr /6days to train 4 people for one position because 3 of the 4 walked or just couldn't cut it after several weeks. So yea my employer would probably pass on them too. Sucks for them but I can see why.

Ohio is on the way of decline phase, if we are able to keep the current scenario Tight and intact we likely will be on the way to stable state by end of April. Of course anything can change. All these conspiracy peddlers should walk through the hospital / ICU floor to see ground reality. We probably escaped the major brunt because of timely action taken and followed. here is to hoping that may 2020 is back to normal for us.

Candle wax? I have an impact wrench but it's not a good one, it's a little Ryobi and it doesn't have enough torque. What about a little torch like the crack heads use? Is that hot enough?
