  2. And there is your problem. You seem to be afraid of conflict with this neighbor. Until you tell him to stop, he has no reason to stop. The longer it goes, the worse it gets. You're letting yourself be taken advantage of.

  3. you don't know how bad I wanted that. wasn't finding anything around me that I could afford and not drive 60 mins or more to work. I work in mason ohio. richie rich. average home starts in the $400's so I had to look at surrounding areas. long story but I needed to move asap because the new owner of the townhome I was renting was going to raise the rent to $1000 from $800. I knew they were going to be a pain in the ass to rent from. and everything I looked at was gone in 2-3 days of being listed. I shouldn't have listened to my realtor on a house like this one but much better neighborhood. He said the house went into a bidding war. and I shouldn't bother as the sale price would more than likely go more than my loan amount. but it didn't. it sold for what I paid for this one. it was a much better neighborhood. but a longer drive. so far I've made friends with the neighbors. so getting this resolved shouldn't be an issue. I just havent brought it up again. they have been out back all day with the kids and playing with my dog etc. in due time. thanks for the advise Oriders.. cool heads always prevail.

  4. I stumbled upon the forum here and figured I come check it out. I grew up like a lot of other people riding dirt bikes. I had a YZF600R back in the mid to late 90s. I don't know how many times I had my motorcycle temps, but for some reason or another I never got my endorsement until 2018. Life got in the way and I ended up being out of Motorcycles for a good 15 years at least, but the addiction that laid dormant has come back strong. Shortly after I got my endorsement I went and bought a 2018 Yamaha MT09 in September of that year. I have since put on about 9,500 miles. I love to carve the twisties and like to put on the miles. Looking forward to meeting some like minded folks with whom I can share joy of the ride.

  6. About 400 miles today. I started out at a medium pace. Then I ran into @NinjaDoc, @Skinny guy, and @Muckles . The pace increased instantly. Hope I didn’t ruin your fun gentlemen. Sorry my ride with you all was short lived. I needed to be home by 5.

  8. Welcome. Don't hesitate to post a ride. Lots of quick riders here with good road etiquette. I am not one of them, but they do exist.
