  1. Picked up a scooter to run around the pits at the track and at events. had to deck it out with some graphics for the business, and definitely had to powdercoat the wheels to grab some attention.

  4. Definitely will be on the water this year, I have a camp at Lake Cumberland and we ordered a new Yamaha 252SD that should be here anytime now...Once she is in I will be selling my Tahoe Q7. Now with gas prices at probably $7 a gallon on the water I am not sure how much boating compared to floating we will be doing!

  6. There are plenty of situations where you can go cheap on a part. In my opinion, brakes are never one of them. If a bike won't go, that's a drag. If a bike won't stop, that's fatal.

  7. Following the CR herd over to the new combo site. 40+ year SCCA member, crapcan (Champcar) driver - seat renter, and currently working on restoring a SCCA GT1 Fiero. Sitting in the wings (and for sale) is a LeMons / SCCA Enduro / Champcar Fiero project and a couple of 125cc shifter karts. Nothing really "fun" in the way of street cars - to much time and money in race car stuff....

  8. SHIB ain't getting there with it's market cap where it is. I took my profits and dumped it in to legitimate projects. I still have enough that if it did ever hit .01 that it'd be worth a mil but I don't plan on it ever even getting to 1/10th of that.

  9. Before I give what I expect will be an unpopular opinion let me give my 2A creds. I have been active for years getting this crap fixed. Organizing and attending open carry events at parks that had illegal no gun signs. Spending my own money helping sue Cleveland Hts, Cleveland and Oberlin for their illegal laws. And getting all the illegal gun laws off the books in the town I live in. In other words I have been in this fight getting shit done for years instead of just bitching about it on the internet. You are welcome. Removing the requirement for training is a really stupid fucking idea. When I took my CCW class there were two people there that clearly had never had much to with guns before. I don't know if the class got them far enough along or not but it certainly helped. Now these kinds of people will have no training and will be wandering around having accidental discharges that may kill someone you love. You have to go through a ton of training to drive a car. 8 hours of gun training is not a burden. All rights have limits and conditions and as long as they are reasonable conditions I have no problem with them. Proper safe gun training is not a hoop and not a burden.

  10. Agree!! I have had 3 stolen from my company vehicles in the last two months...Had to build and weld rebar cages around all of them just to prevent these crack heads from stealing them.
