Hmm yea apparently there's a recall for that.... I am going to cut the wires and replace the connecters today after work. I hope that fixes it. If not I'll have to go to a dealer and have them replace that stuff. Hopefully they will do it for free. Sent from my iPhone.

Anyone know what these three wires are for? I found this all messed up before and cut off the one end and shoved them back in there and it was ok for a little while. That noise came back yesterday so I decided to check it out today. What do ya know, same wire ate itself. Is this a common daytona thing or am I just lucky? Sent from my iPhone.

This thing is great. After watching a video of a motocross guy go through a race with his phone secured by one of these things, I bought one. It is really easy to lock your phone in and take it out too!
