  1. I already found the limit on the grom at slower and faster speed, could control loosing the front or rear and keeping it up with my knee. It's fun, but big bikes are more challenging for me.
  2. I take that as people being careful with their new toy and then growing accustomed to their toy and start doing dumb shit. ABS, TCS, Wheelie Control, Slide Control wont save you from stupid lol.
  3. Given not many of us know exactly what happened when you wrecked, since you kept that pretty private, how would have ABS saved you?
  4. Plus, I did my mini track day yesterday. Had my own dedicated photographer too!
  5. @J_Copeland notice that it was typed with all lower case letters. Means mini, mini bikes!
  6. IP lives off of squids that don't know how to work on their own shit or source tires/ parts and Harley riders.
  7. Already signed up. I'll leave the mini bikes to parking lots and people's front yards.
  8. That looks worse than when I last saw that in real life! Probably just a better angle. My back probably didnt let me bend over that far.
  9. If there is any moisture, it's shit.
  10. The one experience I had was tainted by my then ex-room mate (who stole my shit) came up to be acting all buddy buddy. Was very close to an assault charge that night. Thread related: Brought in yet another tire and wheel into Sills to get swapped for the weekend.
  11. Da fuq guys, when I had certs to sell all I heard was crickets . Mid Ohio doesn't ask you where the cert came from for god's sake.
  12. I was always meh on burrito buggy. I do still consider it a staple for OU though. Last I heard is it was sold to two alumi that are keeping it up and going. I preferred Big Mama's burritos.
  13. Hey, I trailer everywhere now, let them come at us both. Plus, many more and more people will be doing that next year as the track has smitten a few more riders here. That sucks that you can't get comfortable on the bike. Have you ridden an fjr or connie enough to know that it wont cause the same kind of discomfort? Careful taking all that ibuprofen, can't be good for you taking it regularly for an extended period of time. More, natural remedies may be in order.
  14. Of all the people in here, I didn't take you for having thin skin. Think of it as less on the berating side and more on the, "I need to come up with better excuses than that", side. Like the hauling of the gear, I've got soft luggage you could use. Got nothing for the other excuse tho. I was going to apologize until I realized you unfriended me on facebook. Ass!
  15. Perfect. That's what I wanted!
  16. Put them on yesterday. While I havent put on my suit and really tested the grip yet, they feel 100% better. I should be able to hoon these pretty good it feels like.. maybe go find an empty parking lot this weekend and setup some cones
  17. You and I have both ridden more aggressive bikes on trips like this and survived.
  18. It will forever be in the OR historical archives.
  19. Just wait until you add some body positioning. Connie will definitely feel like a fatty then. And before you say I dont care about body position, you said it yourself it's easier to run the same pace, its going to be that much easier to reach the edge of the tire. Some bp will help keep more rubber on the road.
