    Campus Housing

Buckeye real estate sucks my balls, both apartments I've lived in were through them, and they have been nothing but shitty to me in both locations, one being campus the other being Dublin.
  2. I had the same problem with my laptop, had to send it in on warrenty. I believe they replaced the backlight. You can also try tapping the switch that detects if the lid is open or closed, sometimes, i have to do that on mine to get it to work again, might be sticking or something
  3. all I know of is Black's down in Pakersburg
  4. It was fun hauling it to Indy on the trailer backwards, with the windows open since we couldn't get them to roll up, even though he had power. I got some christmas lights for the cardboard box I've been living in, I'm so excited
  5. Eric doesn't allow himself to see that side of things. The far leftists (ie socialists and communists) promise rainbows and sunshine if you subscribe to their ideals, and don't tell you about what happens when you try their shit in the real world.
  6. Ok, getting off the different governing theories for a moment... Lets set up a hypothetical situation. The US decides that it no longer wants a military, and dissolves it. Where does the money go that was originally earmarked for the military? Probably....the UN would get a large chunk of it, and the people that were in the US military are now UN soldiers. Yippie. The rest of the money would be used for giving every federal official another raise, or go to some dumbshit projects that we don't need. The citizens would not see a tax reduction of any sort. What difference does it make if we throw money at a (sadly, failing) attempt at bettering another country? Eric, I don't totally disagree with you, I just don't see the government doing anything to help its citizens in any way. We will continue to get taxed, no matter what goes on in DC.
  7. No, but running people's lives, such as handing them a house such as Eric suggested, is.
  8. Sorry, I'm not a fan of communism, I'll buy my own house as I see fit.
  9. Legally, it has to be on your bumper. I've known many people to get pulled over for having it in the windshield.
  10. Want to see my 2JZ swap with NOS? http://www.truckinohio.net/filedump/mike/2jz%20swap%20with%20nos.jpg
  11. FINALLY gawd damn I feel that it should be a requirement for this board so that everyone can use the built in spell check
  12. The problem is that it's not a mainstream sport. The media doesn't know much about it, and so they have to make shit up as they go. It's the same thing that hurts many other sports, like racing and shooting. They are put into a negative light because they are seen as being possibly dangerous, and the media can't come up with anything beyond that. I feel that education is the key, but the next best option would be for them to just not speak of it.
  13. I take it i'm not the only one bored out of their mind at 3 am
  14. See sig pic But yeah, this country is going to shit because of FEAR. Scared of something? Regulate it. Ban it. Don't punish kids for misbehaving, punish adults for doing what it takes to get the kids attention.
  15. I didn't know that ANY company around Columbus pays less than $7/hour
  16. What shops have you been looking at? You can find just about any kind of handgun you could imagine around here. Problems with a background check maybe?
  17. I'm disappointed to wake up to less snow than when i went to sleep, i was hoping for a blizzard
  18. The 3.0 V6 has that issue, none of the other engines do. Shouldn't have too many trans problems, fuel milage isn't the best as its not exactly light, but it's a toyota, it will run forever.
  19. I OWN my cardboard box! But I'm SQUATTING on the land :finger:
  20. We need some stickers advertising that site, in order to rack up as many points as possible
  21. Everyone spread the word about this site, i want to see how many complaints i can get on there
  22. The Tundra has all terrains, not all seasons. I cheat though, I have a 4x4 They are, however, more of a load bearing tire, but they are still more than good enough to keep me from having any fun in the snow. This thing just doesn't kick out like the Taco did
  23. I'm a firm believer in having stuff designed for a single purpose. For driving hard in the nicer months, get some high performance tires. In shitty weather, use snow tires. I don't believe in all seasons, as to me they compromise everywhere rather than excel at anything. We really don't get too many snow storms here, but theres always that one time of the year that i'm driving past lines of people stuck in a ditch while thinking about how nice it is to have a setup that keeps me moving. Most people will suggest Blizzak's for snow tires. From my experience, anything that is a snow tire that also happens to be the correct size will work just fine. I can't even remember the brand name of the last set of snow tires i bought, and not once did i get stuck in the snow with them. Mud is a different story though
