who is legal savy ? about to be sued in small claims
madcat6183 replied to o-no-moto's topic in Dumpster
Actually they can and will. Just found this out when our realtor went over things with us on the sale of our current home. Just let us know for future reference. Sounds like some new laws were passed that everything regarding a house, even when in one persons name is considered 50% the spouse's once married, and 33% if a child is involved. -
Jason do this; Call NTB on Scarbough, and tell them Mike Kimbler from Bexley Car Care sent you there for tires and see if they can help. Its ONLY that location, but he is the owner at Bexley CAR CARE(key words as there are other Bexley Auto etc.) and always refers people there for better pricing. Kind of like a Doctor referral at what may be a discounted rate. I've never used them as our race shop gets mine, but that's a whole different story. Don't be afraid to look at Mastercraft(coopers) if they sell them. There's a place by me that does, I'd call and get a quote there too. I just got AXT's in 33's put on my truck and love them. I just let loose in my pants. This is a must at the races this year.

Wow, just wow. -
Didn't know about the Bluray service, may need to check into that at some point.

Netflix at 15? I pay 9.00, is the 15 for unlimited streaming devices? Always wondered what that cost.
-
I need to check out the project free tv as well.
-
So you did cut the cord too? Nice. If the streaming live tv thing ever gets off the ground in Cbus area that would be awesome too. I know he was getting some fluff from TV networks or Cable providers for making it happen in big cities. Just hope it does, would love to not even need antenna's.

Yep, actually passed our school levy, granted we sold our house to leave the levy, and still would be even after passing, it felt nice to finally see school levy's pass. Getting a new high school 50% off, and keeping sports, and extra curricular activities. Then again, I always vote for school levy's even if they seem stupid to everyone else. Always will.

Search the forum for Roku, this has been well documented/covered, and a lot of people are doing the same. Here is my previous thread; http://ohioriders.net/index.php?/topic/103203-roku23-vs-cable/?hl=roku Honestly, I watch MORE TV without cable then I did before, granted that may be 1 hr M-F now, and if there's any time on weekends I'll watch a race or golf. Wife has no issues with her stupid vampire shows being covered, and watches more TV now than she did before, which is hard to believe since it was something like 20+ hrs a week. Anyways, Im saving 50+ a month still and when we move will not be getting cable still.

Brando, I've heard that steaming them before putting them on will help, like steam iron steam(don't iron), or a steamer, does Sam have one? If not I know Jinu likes to look all cute and shiat so ask him. Other option I've heard is wetting them slightly then wearing them in the sun and like doing squats. Also dude those pics, SCARY for sure.
-
Yeah Brando, and no offense to some rookies, but it has to be someone with some serious knowledge like yourself and most of the people on here. Not just some friend of a friend who is close. I'd put my trust in you taking a look anytime. Not Jbot though, he's probably call Jihad on all of us and laugh. Not really, I doubt anyone would do that with something this serious.
-
If he doesn't, someone needs to. Sounds like the track basically wasn't safe at all.
-
Unless they are offered from Marty's trailer on a Saturday night at Nelson, then they are totally legit.

You haven't heard/read the story about selling it have you? They've had several buyers, until they find out the EPA won't allow it unless they remove EVERY tire from the tire walls. Then they find out that costs millions more than the buying price and walk. It's been going on for years, longer than any of us have been racing there. That's why management doesn't care, because they already made their $$ and at this point it's whatever. if they cared, it'd already have been fixed, a long time ago, same with bathrooms, tearing down all the old outhouses, tech shed, etc. It's past the point of fixing anything there unless they drop millions into it which ain't happening up there. It sucks, but eventually it'll close like so many other places, unless someone can convince the guy that bought PIRC to buy it because apparently that guy has more money than the US Gov't borrows annually and likes to spend it. That place is sick now and about to be even sicker when the expansion opens.
-
Dude 3 laps and game over? That right there is a BAD day, sorry to hear.
-
Management doesn't care, that's the issue. They've made their buck, anymore it's just a whatever kind of thing.

FWIW I looked at the slide roofs and the non slide roof ones I posted and someone else did, and there is a ton more space in the sliding roof ones. I plan on going that route now when we move. Jbot, you can fit a NORMAL rider in there, NOT a big 54" zero turn, but I think up to a 46" will fit. Just check the interior specs. But yeah, these things ARE legit. I was at Lowe's not HD but same general idea.
-
Wow, sounds like it may finally have come time for 2 options, 1)close the track if no one is willing to spend money on it, 2)close it. That would be super sad as that track has more history then a lot of the tracks raced by most orginization, granted some history is good, some bad. But in the end, the track itself has been there forever and then some. Granted the facilities are still the same ones ast 50 years ago, but still. I know last year first round I took a piece of asphalt coming out of the caresoul and then they put cones around the hole. Thing is, it was directly in the acceleration line and super dangerous. Sounds like this was way worse. Glad everyone made it home safe.

I don't think it's advertised, I believe it's just a stop in store kind of thing. I know I saw it online somewhere once, or in the Vance's ad, but it is a KILLER DEAL. Once our move is over I might consider it even with the 1911 I already have.
-
Sounds like a bunch of rookies. I'd definitely hunt down that asshole who put the capt. in your coke and make damn sure he does it again tonight. As for Ryan in the back of your truck, uh that's different.
-
Ah, they have one, not double, but bigger. I'll be measuring to see which we go with, but I liked the less deep stance of first; http://www.menards.com/main/building-materials/storage-buildings/resin-vinyl/glidetop-slide-lid-storage-unit/p-1802480-c-9485.htm
-
That is hott, if I was still racing, this would be my new lid for this year. Craigypoo buy me one and you wear it cuz it's sexxy. Love Scorpions.

We aren't doing a shed at the new house, we're doing this: http://www.menards.com/main/building-materials/storage-buildings/resin-vinyl/stow-away-horizontal-storage-unit/p-1999995-c-9485.htm I don't want to take away from any of the view of the lake from any angle so this will fit next to our deck, but still behind the house or fence so no one from the street will see it and it won't hinder any viewing of the lake. On top of that, it's plenty wide for a mower, snow blower, and the fuel cans, plus trimmer, blower, etc. I'm not opposed to having to fold down the mower and snow blower handle to get them to fit everytime if it means taking up less room. Basically I just don't want any fumes, tanks, or engines besides the car, in the garage. I am fine with small shovels and rakes etc. Not sure if that's kind of what you're looking for, guessing you want something larger. I have an 8x10 at my current home, and would NEVER get smaller than a 12x12 if I did it again. The kits from HD and Lowes work fine for what they cost, I will say that. But you can easily go take measurements and design one for less. Mor work making the trusses but probably better quality.
