I do want to make it up some weekend this year for an overnighter and just to be a good little pit beetch as a lot of the guys racing now helped me out over ther years when they woulds tay to watch on Sundays. Plus I'd just hangout in the showers all evening Saturday and wait for the huge gangbang in Marty's new rig. I mean, um..... yeah, actually that's exactly what I meant.

Nice man, I can't believe this is still going on, what a dream come true!

AT&T picks Cleveland over Columbus for new high speed internet?
madcat6183 replied to Casper's topic in Dumpster
Ive actually been uber happy with Uverse and ATT cable, well until we cut cable. But even that was painless, which was key because I wasn't going to not cut it, so it was nice to not have them try to sell me on everything. Instead they actually upped my internet speed to double for the same price for a year, which was nice. Then I was able to schedule the hookup and transfer to our new house all online, which I also loved. In the end Time Warner was by far the worst company I've ever dealt with in regards to Cable and Internet. Road Runner was constantly jacked up, and their cable was way more than ATT, plus slower, and couldn't record as many shows at once. We're only keeping Netflix, Roku's, and wireless internet at the new house, and both of us have found plenty to watch on free TV and Roku. Actually probably buying a bigger/newer SmartTV in LED style for the new place as I want to upgrade the living room and move the current tv to the basement as 2 of the 3 HDMI's are not working 100%. Then again it's 8 years old, so I am over it anyways forf a 500.00 TV. -
Did a loan for a guy who did that. Had enough solar panels on his roof to power like his whole block or some crazy shit. He wasn't getting a ton, but it was true income and counted towards his DTI. However when we told him we couldn't do his loan because it wasn't installed up to code, he flipped a lid. 1 thing I don't ever mess with past a socket or plug is electric. Scares the hell out of me.

I'll have a guy by mid June for sure, this is an already approved mod. Actually FWIW Costco on Morse(Maybe Polaris too) has a 7K Natural Gas/Propane genny WITH Transfer switch included for something stupid, like 3300 bucks or something. Guy on Craigs has the same deal but uh, 2100, thinking they "Fell off a truck" and never quite made delivery..... For 2100, may have to look into that, as it would power the whole house easily. My 4K peak will do what I want, which is just fridge, deep freeze, and enough plugs and lights to make due, plus microwave. Figure I can make frozen dinners for a long time if needed.
-
You ever get a transfer switch installed for an emergency backup genny? When we move next month I want to do it for sure, just for the bare minimum, but wasn't sure if you had a guy. I am sure Bowdog does if not Or even Maxpower(but I hear he likes guys).

Ravenna makes me think of Nelson Ledges, that makes me sad not to be racing this season.

Yeah that was kinda my thinking too. Actually I do have a chore for us some weekend, he wants me to tear into his carhauler and fix it up. The wiring is setup for a semi plug for his old Ford Dually, which he doesn't use and isn't right for my truck, so we need to fix that. Will probably require 10-12 beers each. Once we get that done the jack needs some work, needs true heavy weight jack oil or whatever added and a new cap for the fill hole. Probably be a 6 pack for that. He then said if I want to redeck it and clean it up it's mine to use anytime I want and keep. Obviously I take it whenver I want now anyways, but would prefer to get it legal with lights at least and a jack that works 100% of the time. We can worry about new decking and paint later. I know MaxPower has asked to borrow it but I was out of town the weekend your daughters car broke down so I couldn't help. However, I know he wants to get it working right so I can assist with peoples needs instead of having to call a tow truck. Plus it's a super nice rig if he ever did decide to sell, would be setup.

Pirelli's FTW!

I hate you so much. Okay or just dislike.

Thanks guys, I will let him know to check that first, that is kind of the worry is that we won't be able to find any gaskets to seal things up. Guess we could just make our own with gasket maker, but man I hate doing that. Casper, will do, I am guessing I'll end up doing that for him at some point. Little guy could bring over some toys and have a hay day in his yard there too, plenty of room to ride around.

FWIW, from talking to a lot of shops last year when I was trying to get my suspension done they informed me that if you don't get stuff in by January, it's in their "busy" season. They recommened I pull everything right after the season and send it in then. That was Pegrams, AFJ Shop, Reuben, and Iron Pony.

FIL has an old ass EZGO, from like 78 or something that is totally redone and super nice, except when it get's hot or under a heavy load it bogs down. Seems like it's something to do with the carb but Eagle in Lancaster won't look at it as they said they doubted they could get parts for it. I don't really think I want to mess with it due to if I break it, I'll feel like shit, but he'd prefer to get it fixed or have someone tell him it can't be fixed, before buying a new one. Not sure why when gassers from Heath are like 1350.00 but I think because he's redone it twice now from the frame up, and it ran like a top beginning of last year then got all moody and shit at the end. I wanted to see if anyone has a local guy around CW or Lancaster that is really good with 2 stroke engines as this is a full go 2 stroke, not converted to oil tank mixing. If not, I'll be forced to get a case of beer and spend a weekend ripping into this thing and probably break it for good. FWIW he is pretty handy and has tried adjusting stuff, checking for blockage, and run cleaner through it. It's totally random and I am wondering if the float is just totally bad. Definitely take some info if anyone has any. Oh and if it is toast, I'll post it up so someone can add a GSXR or snowmobile engine to it. Or maybe I'll post my current cart up and just start a new project at the new house. FML don't let me do that.

Dang nice ones too. Plus "his" trucks usually are southern and already tuned/deleted. Again, wish I had known a while ago, would have made my truck purchase and mods a ton easier. AKA buying already done.

Man at taht price, someone local from OR needs to own this thing. I mean look at Jim and Angela, bought a TH off OR, and traveled ALL over the US, living a dream. Maybe this is another TH someone else can do the same with. Or just take it to Wayne, Mid O, etc.

Great price, and I know Carwhore's dealer is super legit. Had I known about it back in the day when I got my 6.0 I would have dealt with his dealer for sure as they buy QUALITY trucks and have great prices. This TH is built like a tank, this is actually the model I wanted 2 years ago except nicer, more water, more space, and just cozier with the fold up loveseat/dinet sitting area in the rea. I love that the crapper has a different door too, love that. FWIW this trailer has an auto ignite DSI system so your water heater lights automatically from inside the trailer, winter bypass already instealled too per pics. Both features are super nice, I do not have the interior DSI on my trailer and I miss it deepyl. FWIW 110gals of fresh water will last 3-4 crewman 3 nights of racing with 2 showers each a day using the navy shower feature, so perfect amount. Also looks like it has tiedowns already installed that can be adjusted, nice. I actually like the all white, I wanted one with decals already stripped, just like this. Great price guys, really is, especialyl with a full seperate queen up front. This will haul 3-4 bikes easily if setup correctly, plus water, and everything else. Also has the add on grill taht is 150 new and plugs into a lead under the trailer by the door to grill, very nice feature.

Soon to be FS: Kenmore Elite Washer and GE Electric Dryer
madcat6183 replied to madcat6183's topic in Other Stuff
Well, we "resold" it. Had it sold once, buyer was "preapproved", offer was awesome, like we were walking away with 1/2 the downpayment on the new house only to have their preapproval come up as utter BS and lose them less than a week after going in contract. New offer was nowhere near what we wanted, but we really wanted to just be done with it and get to the house we bought, so it is what it is. But yes, we did, twice actually. -

Yeah, the dryer I could work with you, washer is top of the line and practically brand new. Definitely not a starter model(no offense), we actually bought it because we needed to do way bigger loads(haha) then our normal one could handle. Plus with the little one it was nice to have a time delay, presoak, and extra rinse option. But the washer is more suited for large families. Dryer if youre interested in a few weeks let me know, willing to help ya out over posting and dealing with CL people. Just can't sell it for a few weeks, we do too much laundry for a landromat. -
Just posting these up in case anyone starts shopping anytime soon for a new washer or dryer but we are moving and both items are no longer needed and I'd rather not move them. Washer was bought at the Sears Outlet Jan 2014, so 3 months old. These are priced depending on shape, dings, dents, etc. I'd say exterior is 9.9/10 and it was the most expensive of the ones from same model. I have receipt at home and I know we paid right around $600 for the washer at that time. All manuals inluded. Specs here; http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_02631522000P I think we'd like to see $400.00 for it picked up or I will deliver to Hilliard when we are moving there June 1-4. Dryer is the super basic GE from HHGregg bought new for $250.00 7 years ago, but harly used and also in amazing shape. It has the 4 prong plug included, you can easily swap for a 3 prong but not included in sale. This thing has never had any issues and has run like a top forever. Like to see $75.00 picked up or delivered to Hilliard when we are moving there June 1-4. I don't have pics, but they are both all white, and in great shape. I have access to a hand truck to make pickup/delivery easy. Again, they are not available right now BUT in about 3-4 weeks will be. PM, post, or text 419-610- 56 six six John These will go on Craigs closer to sale time, and I think we'll have a garage sale too, price will be higher for both on those sites/garage sale. But for OR I am always listing cheaper.

Will vouch for seller, good dude, good stuff, and good prices. Know several people that bought from him, and friend bought his Repsol, no issues, no questions, deal was done and done well.

All about marketing for the shop and living the dream. Same goes for Neyra and Wrobel, except Neyra realized he needed a rider to do well, and made the choice to sponsor someone in AMA vs race. I respect the heck out of him for doing that and not sure I could do the same. Not to mention these are to an extent tax writeoffs in a sense for these business's. I mean I'd race it if they let me No riding here, just racing or practicing to race.

Barnacle Bill Racing Leathers (Alterations Review)
madcat6183 replied to Hollywood33's topic in Track is Crack
FWIW, his sister, and his wifes SIL also passed over the weekend, so that fact may even add to his A++ service. Dude's a legend on Wera and I love reading his post over there. -
Won't be competitive, sorry. Good to see, but it is what it is.
