Yeah just their Herters, but their 223 was PMC and American Eagle. I only bought a few boxes of 223 and 9 as I have plenty. 380 is in stock at Fin in Canton along with anything else. Going to try to have dad run to Fin in Ashland today and see if its the same there. Thing is I really only want about 50 rounds of 380 to put through the new toy today to do a small break in on it and get used to it. Mine however is in Tusky county and Craig won't bring it to me. Wish he was a good friend and not a dickface. That dickface.

Thanks man, saw that too tonight. Also Cabelas has 8.99 per 20 of 223, TONS of it and 9mm for 13.99. Tons of both.

Just the 4, Ive been told 4S and above the problem isn't there. I am cheap and will just deal with it for a bit longer though until we have 3 upgrades on our 4 lines

Yes, and texting is a NIGHTMARE. Lag is awful. I really do not want to upgrade to a new Iphone built for the IOS, but may have to.

Anyone been to Fin lately in Canton/Ashland? Really Ashland as I can have pops swing over there this weekend, but was wondering if they still have any of their ammo that was in their flyer? I think Craig is going to get me some .380 this weekend from Canton cuz he is my beetch. But for real, if anyone see's .380, I have everything else I need, just could use a little more .380. Never realize SH is so expensive for ammo, 50% of buying price. F that.

Yeah but I hate you.

I am wondering if it has to do with I don't buy guns. Like very rarely do I buy one from a store with a background check. Plan is to pickup another in OCt. so interested to see if I get a delay there too.

You don't watch NatGeo or Discovery channel do you? Even a shotty may not "kill" a bear right away but it will at least help. A handgun with a normal CC caliber won't do much except like Casper said, make it mad.
-
I think I am starting to hate you In a good way of jealousy!

Man, I was worried this was the answer. But I like boys and girls, so that also explains why the delay is usually lifted in the first 24 hours too. Sweet. Just frusturating when Craig text me and tells me he's going to go buy a gun to shoot this weekend just because he can and I can't. I hate him.

So serious question and to set the tone, I have a clean record minus an OVI that is 4.25 years old in OH. Twice sense the OVI I went in to buy a firearm and have been put on the "delay" and made to wait to get posession of the gun. For the AR it was 1 day, they called me the next day and were like come on it and get it. Today I was at Cabela's and was told it may be anytime from now until 10/2 and on 10/2 I can just come in and get the gun I went to purchase. My questions is being that I have never had any form of law issues minus the OVI why would I continously be put on the 3 day delay? Is it because I don't buy guns often enough/at all from stores and only private sale? Or is it possible something wasn't done right on my OVI when it was taken care of and is still possibly showing in a manner that may be harmful to my background checks. I know in OH I cannot get this expunged, that isn't my question, but should I get someone to look into it and see what the deal is? I already filed with the NICS appeals process online and asked for them to contact me with information, but not sure how that actually works, or if they even look at it. For all I know it might just be a feel good method to get people to leave them alone. So long/short of it I always get a 3 day delay, and it sucks. What can I do other than private purchases to make that go the F away? Thanks! FWIW Before the OVI I purchased 2 handguns in 3 years and never waited once.

I've got a lightly used C9 I bought for my CCW class back in 02 and used it for that and then it pretty much has been in a case ever sense. I have the stock 8 round mag and the high capacity 10 round mag both. I had a holster, I will try to find it, but it's the basic 9.99 deal from wally world back in college. It still has the disassembly tool included and like I said has been cased for years. I'd say it has less than 200 rounds for it. NO ammo included as I have other 9's I still own. I would like $125.00 for it and can bring to Polaris area or meet anywhere on the east side on my way to/from work or this weekend. ALSO willing to entertain trades for an LCP380, SMALL 9, or other 380/.38's and cash on my end. Please POST in here then contact me via PM or cell 419-six one zero - 5666 ; pics on phone but I mean it's the same gun as all other C9's just barely used. I have the box somewhere with original paperwork but it's in storage and I'm not digging for it, sorry. John

May be going through new breman next weekend the 4/5ish for races at Eldora. If you're free and want to come to the track we'll be there working on the 36 car. Just let me know if you're free. It's their last big race of the year at Eldora and always a great party after. You can shack up in our toy hauler if you want, just me and pops right now, party usually goes pretty late weather permitting with a lot of big name drivers staying to party before winter.

Kinda was leaning towards this in the end. Both my uncles who live full time on the same lake are engineers, and remodled my cousins house from the studs up. They have the tools and will be around the first weekend we are up there. Probably the best idea really. We'll have a queen bed in the other bedroom already so this one could be a work in progress.
-
I can tell you that isn' the case. I can also say it's not all roses. Just what I heard..... Oh and thanks Casper

Just seeing if anyone local has one for sale for the lake house. We want a twin over full WOOD bunk bed. Would take metal if the price is right. Of course I had one growing up, gave it to my cousin, he sold it, now we need one again. If you do let me know. We have found a wooden one 20 minutes away at some store for 325 and it has drawers underneath which is a huge plus for storage, but not totally needed as we can just get tupperwares. Probably don't want/need mattresses unless they are in really good shape, I'm funny about that kind of stuff. Also a sofa bed, prefer full or queen. If it's super nice would like it for our house to take the love seat up there, if it's kinda used, would be interested just for the lake house. Would prefer the mattress not to look like we just had a motoseries party on it with no pants. John

Yeah I am on Linkedin, but haven't really explored it. Honestly, I hate all the technology and website stuff that is needed to "network". Definitely wish it was the shake a hand and meet face to face thing. I don't like all the other stuff, hence why I haven't really done much with it. I'll get on it tonight again and update verything and look around,. We just got promising news(knock on wood), that this was the last big one and we should be good. So hopefully this was all in vain.

Added a pair of gloves. Older style AStar SP1's in amazing shape. Size medium, look great and plenty of life. Would like $50.00. These are full gauntlet with 3 closures and were my main gloves but again, plenty of life left.

Good info Magz, thanks man.

That was my understanding as well about the good ones. The ones who aren't actively working for a company will charge the employee instead of the employer. Was just curious to see what people had to say about things.

So, my employer is making cuts, a lot of cuts, often. We still have about another 3,000 people going to be let go soon and I wanted to get peoples opinions on certain things that I have thought about trying. Not just for the sake of leaving my employer due to a lay off, but just to see what else is available and help market myself better. So long story short, I have my business degree from a small liberal arts college, and have been in the home lending industry and logistics industry since college. 5 years in HL and 2 years in Logistics, however not much else experience as I was a full time student and held a lot of positions around campus, both paid and not. I have always wondered about hiring a head hunter and how it works, if it works, etc. Same with using a staffing agency, or something similar. I guess the main reason I am asking is I never had to really look for a job. My first one I got hired face to face at a college job fair with a good salary and commissions, second one I was recruited, third and fourth I was an inside referral and hired on the spot. But I also haven't had to truly look for a job for 7 years, which I am VERY thankful for, but now it looks like I may be looking soon. I've been on careerbuilder since college, and apply to jobs left and right. Many I am well past their requirements, some I'm not, and some after I start the process realize it will take more hours than I have with a newborn right now. My question about careerbuilder is, has anyone ever actually heard back from a job on there? I've been looking for like 3 months, apply to a ton of jobs and have never, once been contacted. Same with Monster. Actually I quit using Monster a long time ago after many years and 0 contacts. I can pretty much hold a convo with anyone, but don't really "network" or anything as I don't go to HH or bars in general, and most of my friends are back in Mansfield, or not around Columbus to help me get an "in" except where I already work. What are people doing now a days to find jobs, or whatever? Guess I should just be thankful I have survived 3 sets of layoffs, which I am, but I now need to keep my doors a little more open than before. FWIW, if anyone knows of people hiring, especially more local than my 30 mile commute each way, I'd love for some info. My salary right now is pretty high, BUT they already cut the OT which was 15% of my last years pay, and I am spending over 5K in having 2 cars and fuel for the commute/insurance. Thanks for any help that may be out there. And for the record, I can't say who I work for I don't think, but most of you know my background. Ben, I know this kinda goes in the job board, but it's more a general question than saying I need a job, so not real sure where you want this. Feel free to move.
