No questions, but thank you for the pics. I needed both of those, I love them all.

Cox said he gets to drive it, think we can have him DD us sometime this winter in that thing? He's so baller.
-
Wow, just wow. How do people that stupid make it through life?
-
If it just sits around, probably not much

I am definitely not a cop lover(I do love Cox and he happens to be on OSU's PD), but I actually agree with this. Like Redkow said, and like I've discussed with family and friends a lot of times, OSU would/is(it is) on the top of the list for Terrorist attack planning. As Brian stated, it's a city in itself, it actually has a similar team to SWAT, but SRT, along with trained snipers, bike patrol(Cox is one) Harleys, not just pedals although Cox in spandex would be awesome. They have K9's, and do a TON of training. I've talked to him about what their training is like and it's actually pretty unreal, it's not like the rentacops we had at Muskingum who somehow had guns, and knew nothing about the law or safety, just got a badge. But I think it's actually wise to have something like this there, and the price was right

Nope, no buyer yet, previous member on here that I've known for about 6 years messaged me on FB last night and is checking his finances to see if he can get back on the track. And I will be posting on AFJ Friday as well, I know once that happens it'll be gone quick. Someone could pull stuff off this bike and flip it so quick and make a dime. -

No, I did have spare rims/rain tires but sold those as I never ran this in the rain. Trust me, this thing is legit. I do take paypal for what it matters. Someone open a 0% CCD for 12 months and buy this. I only ask that you cover the fees 3%, or 107 bucks or whatever. Other than that though, the only other spare I don't have is a seat LOL. Thanks. -
Wow really? Talked to Mykill yesterday said he loves his, hm. I did hear it's not much different in size though than my current P11 so need to compare the 9mm version, as I know the 380 is way smaller. May still end up with a revolver too, always wanted one, probably should just go with my gut instinct.

Oh this is fun, let's see who wins!

Once this is sold, you'll come to Cbus and we will take care of what we discussed prior. We'll grab dinner, etc. and kidnap Cox and Murse. -

Buy me buy me. I don't want to have to toss this on WERA guys, I know someone out there needs an easy way to get on the track and this is it. Bike is completely setup, the spares could build a whole new bike besides the motor. I forgot I have a spare subframe too, basically everything besides the frame and motor has a backup. Even the rear shock! -
Reynoldsburg Thieves! Keep Those Garage Doors Closed And Locked!
madcat6183 replied to JackFlash's topic in Dumpster
Groveport had this problem earlier in the season, like early spring. Neighbor leaves his open all the time, granted he ain't all there and has 1,000 bows, and gun's out there all the time. Plus his 4 wheeler, mower, power tools, etc. but anyways. Guy walked in during his nap and took about 5,000 worth of stuff. I mean sometimes people are stupid both ways, NOT your family member, that's scary right there. But this guy. I had someone try to break into my shed about a week later, not sure why, thing is built like fort knox after someone tried to break into my dads and we came up with some slicker ways to make the locks more durable etc. Lucky for them myself, not my dog woke up, or it could have been ugly. I HATE THIEVES. -
Took the wife looking at guns to Gander just to see their selection and check ammo stock. They said the only ammo they have a hard time keeping in bulk is 38 and 380. Said their bulk buckets of 22 still are selling out in hours, but that they have 22 in bulk, just not the bucket deals. I only looked for 223, 556 and 9 which they had all of the above. Looks like we are heading to Lancaster Saturday morning to try to get her familiar with the Ruger LCR, and are just deciding if we want to get the 38 or go ahead with the 357 and just shoot the 38 out of it. 357 weighs more so little less recoil, but not sure if that's worth the price difference. Issue is she wants stainless and doesn't look like Gander stocks it, and guessing most places don't in 38, just 357. Really hate the idea of ordering a gun and waiting for it, so hoping to talk her out of ordering something that costs more and has a wait just for astetics. But she's a girl and we all know they aren't right in the head. I fondled a LCP380 and LC9 and am considering picking up the LC9 as long as they are still pricing them the same as the 380s, definitely liked the feel and the trigger wasn't bad. Did have to move up to 1 knuckle but being a double I expect that. I'm not a huge fan of super soft trigger pulls, just never my thing. Would like to stick to 9mm as that's all my current carry setups, and like not having to mix up ammo etc. Well that and I am lazy. Picking up a gun safe today after work or later this week after work and probably a little 12 gauge for the home this week too. I finally got my guns back from my parents house as we took ours off the market and it's nice to have them all back with me

Yep, except they are no longer any form of "economy" racing. Things have quick change rear ends, tens of thousands in suspension, and huge motors. A little out of hand. Hopefully we have a buyer, OR member too He was just checking with the Mrs. and getting back with me. -

Thanks for the concerns guys, I didn't want to go into too much detail in the original post but here goes; I've been crewing for a dirt late model driver for the past 2 years on and off, not too serious as he mainly ran the local shows. Well this was the first year we ran the biggest show of the year the World 100, 3 days of racing, and basically living out of the trailer, running all over with the golf cart, driving into small towns to get supplies, ya know, redneck stuff. Well anyways, he is growing his team from a small rollback trailer with 1 car to a team of 3 late models and 1 Emod. Right now he took 3rd in points at the local track, could have won the points if he had won a race but had a lot of bad luck anytime he was running up front. But he is only 21 and just getting into his prime, and we are just getting more and more into it. We traveled about 6 weekends this summer to tracks with 2 day events or overnight campouts between tracks and such to help as much as I could. Obviouslly with the preggers wife I was very limited, and now that we have Luke, we should be good to go to the events next year and actually make a full team effort. Other than the driver and his dad, my father was the only full time crew member and he needs more help from people who will really put in the work, get dirty, greasey, covered in race fuel, and go 90% deaf for multiple days at a time from working on the engines etc. So that's where I come in, the trip's to the race tracks cost way more than going to work on the late model, and his dad basically told me that if I want to race one they will bring it, set it up, and I have to pay for anything I break and that's it. As long as I help. Since these things have 900+ hp at the rear wheels I figure it's probably something I can do 1-2 times a year and get my rocks off nicely. Well that's one reason, other is we are buying a lake house with my parents around the semi-private lake my moms side of the family lives on. Nothing fancy, just a cottage, but none the less, if you follow the route to the race track the driver races at weekly, the house is 2 hours north of it so I can send Amanda and Luke up with mom as dad and I stay and work on the cars coming up after. Plus we go up there for several weekends a year and it's just easier to take Basco with us vs trying to have my friend take care of him, so that helps us be able to make more trips. Oh and my uncle is a raging alcoholic, who happens to be my godfather and is filthy rich. So it makes the trips out on his boats that much more enjoyable lol. We hope to be in the lake house here in the next 30 days, and upgrading a few things before winter, with a full bathroom remodle over the winter. A lot of my cousins have kids that are 1-2 years old, and one is about to have their 2nd, so a lot of us who grew up together have another generation to get to hangout together and grow up. For the record Amanda is actually AGAINST me selling the bike. She knows eventually I will get another one, and if I tried to build this bike I would have well over 5,000 in it. That is JUST the bike, not spares. Rant over. -
I was kind of just thinking about this because next year we plan to go to Mackinaw Island and all that jazz with the parents and Luke for a mini vacation coming up from southern MI, and was wondering what the restrictions are when towing a TH/TT. PLan is to bring the TH up there and stay at a KOA, but almost wondering if getting one before the bridge and then just traveling accross with the truck to a hotel for a night might be a safer option. Last time I went over the bridge I was about 5, loved it. Loved all the Forts up there, didn't care about the Locks, but want to get back and see those again. I do remember watching a film about building the bridge and loving that stuff. Also played like 10 games of Putt Putt a day, and didn't want to do the dunes or anything but putt putt.

Lawsuit Calls For Columbus To Do Away With Red-light Cameras
madcat6183 replied to Casper's topic in Dumpster
this is exactly the problem, they costs way more than they bring in. Especially because if you take the ticket to court its pretty much guranteed to be tossed because they cannot prove you were driving. I forget where I read about it but some city had them, someone filed a class action lawsuit and eventually the judge ruled that the police department had to pay back every ticket they wrote for them, like regardless how someone pleaded etc. The police department contacted the company who made the cameras and basically the company told the police to F off and they wouldn't help pay anything back. In the end they removed the camera's and I believe the police department lost sevearl million dollars because of all of it. I got one in Chilicothe back in the day, just paid it and moved on. Found out later that they were ruled to not be accurate and my 2 points were removed from my license. I didn't do anything to get them off, just went away. The camera's there have been removed too. Personally I think they are total BS and entrapment, and would definitely fight one if I got another. -

It's got Craig's new and improved musk on it too though, he helped with the new swingarm this season and let me tell you, it shaved 3 seconds off my time from previous Nelson runs. Yeah, I mean basically you're paying about 1K for the actual bike with all the ad ons and other stuff. If this isn't one of the best deals ever I don't know what is. Like I said, if it doesn't sell by winter I'll just keep it and post it on Wera for about 500 more, I do not think there would be any issues getting 4,000 for this setup with all the spares on there come spring. I just would like the garage space for winter if I am going to sell it at all. -
Ehugs all around? Or in Jinu's case, he wants to touch your pepe hugs.

Good news man! Our family just picked up a lake house in MI and I cannot wait to take over and get to modding it. Along with get some weekend fall trips up there and out on the water, really hoping to be able to hit the sand bar a few weekends before the water gets too cold.
