  1. Most of the dream team of lawyers I had in mind have died since the last time they helped a brother out, Johnnie Cochran, Robert Kardashian are gone so this leaves me with F. Lee Bailey. I am making up my list for reparations and will be going after those responsible for this travesty, restitution will be mine. I will also be seeking volunteers to fill the rest of the seats for counsel along with a list of reparations to ask for just in case I leave anything out.
  2. UP is black as the ace of spades as evident by a measuring contest. I can't stand these irresponsible journalists who spread these wild stories without knowing all the facts. The liberal media is just trying to cause trouble where there is none, I hate them damn liberals. I will not be persecuted like this without some sort of reparations.
  3. I wish them well but it's not a market I would purchase in nor steer someone into. Scooters is where it's at for fun and learning how to ride the easy way plus they are a blast and a 250 scooter would be just as fast.

    Safe sale

Gander Mountain has the Liberty Centurion for $550 and if you would have bought one on Thursday like I did they would have given you $100 in Gander Mountain bucks.
  5. Well it has that going for it. Make sure you don't take it through there before you have it sold.
  6. Has this bike been through Coshocton?

  8. Poll has to be broken unless the European market is totally different than ours. Three cruisers out of 100 bikes, 25, 57 & 86 is just wrong. Cruisers are 50% of our market here and I don’t hold what the damn foreigners like as a measuring stick for what is good for us over here anyway. This is a survey not a validation of a bikes popularity by sales, besides the CBR1000RR didn't win so I know they were all wrong.
  9. Didn't say I did that just tried to clarify the reasoning behind doing it. I personally like the lights that don't register a motorcycle because I can get through them at will instead of waiting for them not to work. This is only for lights on a road I know and use often. Lights that I have to sit at until it makes it through a whole cycle are a pain. I would never have a local one fixed because it's a waste of time in most cases to have to wait for the light.
  10. As evident by their love of Triumphs.
  11. I have lost count of the number of accidents I have seen on the back roads the last seven years but at a minimum there have been at least a fifteen. All rider error, no tickets or law enforcement involved. The one that did involve OHP wasn’t issued a ticket because the officer stated that road conditions caused the accident. (Gravel.) This was the last rider out of about ten riders through the curve who was fucking around because he thought I was leading too slowly through a congested area. He got a pass as far as I’m concerned because it was rider error; don’t get me wrong I’m glad he wasn’t ticketed. I have little faith in the value of these published numbers or what misguided laws could result from them.
  12. This is a survey and not reflective of what is actually popular by sales numbers. Manufactures can make mistakes on their predictions but they have a lot of history to draw from for the predictions. Yamaha FJs come to mind when they couldn't sell them in the late 80s early 90s so they made you order the new models because dealers wouldn't stock them after they got stuck with the old ones. A strong loyal following does not equal enough profit for the manufacturer to jump through all the hoops to bring a model to market.
  13. Wrong, there is not enough metal mass to break the "circuit" if stand is up. Putting the stand down isn't for weight it's to break the circuit. I love light that don't work for motorcycles because I get through them faster because I don't have to wait for the whole cycle on known problem lights.
  14. Remington 870 Express Tactical http://www.remington.com/products/firearms/shotguns/model-870/model-870-express-tactical.aspx Gander Mountain $499.97 I picked one up today they gave me $100 in Gander money to use next week so I will buy $100 of shells. It also has the $30 rebate so the shotgun went for $370. Today only deal.
  15. It needs lights if what you are hauling covers your brake lights. I like the idea of building your own but by the time I buy the materials to over build one it's cheaper to buy one.
  16. I wouldn't expect an answer, his last activity on this site was in June.
  17. I see no reason for us to subsidize the industry by providing a function that is crucial to their success. It's a sound business model or it's not. Do not take money from me to pay for someone else’s company. The government doesn't do a daily check of my vehicle to insure my safety nor does it check to see who I am transporting, where does it end? The airlines should be a contract between its passengers and the airline not also with a third party government entity. We provide them with the infrastructure to fly safely by FAA standards which is the governments function but we shouldn't employ people to load the cargo that makes them money.
  18. Don't be an idiot; listen to RP he knows best. Less Government!
  19. All I have to add is your signature picture sucks.
  20. You did not get lost. You can't get there from here.
  21. I totally agree that this would be an excellent idea and have good results but I don't think we need a government entity enforcing it. As a test pilot program why don't you guys at STT implement the concept and work out any bugs that might come up before we make it a mandatory law for road use. No fucking way! I didn't think so.
  22. What are these? I carry hollow points every day.
  23. A 1300cc cruiser is no more dangerous than a Ninja 250. I don't see the need for more government intervention in our lives. If we need seatbelts in a motor vehicle because of safety I can't understand how we even allow motorcycles on the road. If I am paying for your insurance I don't want you to be able to take the risk of riding a motorcycle on the road, I think it's too dangerous and I don't want to take the risk of paying for your bills if you get hurt. I don't think you should ever be able to drive a SUV by yourself you need to have it fully occupied. In fact you need to have a special license to purchase any vehicle that has more than two seats. You must show a need to have such a big vehicle and if you don't have a family forget about it. This means you won't be able to tow a trailer because it's just a waste of resources and is too heavy and dangerous for the rest of us just for you to have a little fun. A tiered system is a very good idea but my ideas or experience doesn't translate into oppressing others to them.
  24. I have seen you post a lot of things and agree with most of them but this is the stupidest thing you have ever posted. Ditto. We do not need any additional government intervention in our lives. Seatbelt and helmet laws are too much already. I use both but don't think it is necessary for the government to place their standards on me and I don’t need your standards either any more than you would like to live under mine.
