The green tip is a good price with them preloaded on stripper clips but is metal core so no good for indoor ranges.

Wish I had somewhere close that I could train off holster. The two indoor ranges closest to me will not allow you to shoot off holster. I often practice from a low ready but thats all they will allow. If they see you draw and fire they kick you out.

My RRA has a 1:9 twist. Both the 55gr and 62gr shoot good but I have only shot it outdoors once with it this winter. And I have only got irons on it so far. LOL

After I cleaned the shit out of my carbs on the DR-350 I ran a few tanks with cleaner in it to finish getting the last little bit of crap out of them. Or it could be something with your FI being off? Well then I think I would check the plugs, and wires. LOL! Maybe a clogged injector? Have you tried to run any fuel system cleaner through it?

That video sounds like its missing. Or running on less then four cylinders. Maybe when it fell it messed up your plugs or wires?

Or they have federal xm 193 for $5.99 a box of 20 for the fmj 55gr.

I have never been out west so that would be high on my list as well. Down south is nice but I have done that several times already. If it was late summer I would also not mind the ride up north, if it was not for there BS rules about travel going up there.

I never put the dr -350 up for the year. Like Bowdog said get a dirt toy for the winter.

I have the 60 rounds of spend factory brass from my 30-06. I only have maybe a 100 rounds of the coreloc factory stuff, and 60 or so winchester soft points. I don't reload yet but save my spend brass as much as I can for my center fire rifles just in case I start. And that is one nice looking piece of wood on that rifle your right. I even have brass from my .38 that I sold. LOL!

I have to get ahold of Hans and see if he can make me a pipe for my dr-350. I have know the owner of hmf since he was a sales person at creager in maple hts back in 95. He is a good guy makes some cool stuff, can't believe he still races offroad at his age. He is a fast bastard on a street bike also he use to race for kerker back in the day. I hope I can make the trip down to get muddy.

My sons single shot rossi will take any of the 3 rounds and is a modern firearm. I still have a old box of cci .22 short rounds. I have used them in his rifle with no problem and yes they are a lot quieter then the .22lr even the low pressure rounds.

I am looking to do a slow long range build one piece at a time. I am also looking at what caliber I am gonna use. I have looked at the .308 with a heavy 20" plus barrel.I have also looked at some of the others just can't decide what I want to do?
