    I had one, didnt last long and never really used it as a oven. I replaced it with a regular microwave. I got a sharp stainless model it has been good for over three years now.

    I am looking at land within two hours of me to invest in and use for a recreational property. Maybe built my retirement house there.

    I look at paper money or electronic investments as just that, not worth what they are made of. I will put my money into tangable items thank you. But to each their own.

    Remenber 10 years ago when land was under $1000/acre. It is now $2000-$3000 a acre. Solid investment that can be used and enjoyed.

    Thats why I got a welder/generator from work its worth the space it takes up for the few times I have had to use it.

    I lloked at ridgelines very nice suv but the price/milage was never right for me. I ended up with a sport trac, i get 20+mpg. Good used sport tracs are getting harder to find and prices are starting to reflect that.

    I looked at the baja, but it is only a 4 seater. The back seat only seats two with a armrest in the middle. Cool cross over if you only need to haul 4 people.

    Six speed tacoma 4 door 4x4=$40,000+ i couldnt do it. You could get a full size ford four door 4x4 for less money. And the new one gets 20mpg. Toyota has got the market almost to themselves in the mid sized truck market now. They can price their trucks at full size prices and you have no other choice beside nissan if you want mid sized.

    Yeah was a crazy busy weekend for sure.

    But after i was under thede today doing a fuel filter i will be getting a case of under coating spray to put on before winter. I will get a extra can for when this wears off.

    I dont use the boards trucks not that high up. If it peels quick i will try the spray on truck liner next. I had some parts laying around i took back. So the can only cost me $.54 with the difference in parts i swapped.

    So the running boards on my sport trac were badly sun faded. I tried every type of wipe, spray, and treatment i had on hand. They all only lasted a few days, so i got some black plasti dip. Masked it off and sprayed on a few heavy coats. Wow! what a difference it made. I just hope it holds up for a little bit, if not i will peel it off.
