Yeah range time costs right now. For a box of .38 and less then a hour of range time it cost me $38 for the two of us. I can't wait till spring for the state run range to open again.
Yeah the holster is neoprene(sp) with a strip of some type of rubber in the middle, the inside is a felt of some type. Slides out very nice, holster stay in the pocket. For $12 bucks I like it so far.
Like I said I was proud shot with a rossi single shot youth model .22lr with a 4x bushnell scope on it. He is my little trooper came home and helped me clean all the guns(three handuns and 1 rifle) He takes after his dad of corse.
Went to the local gun show today. picked up a blackhawk pocket holster for the .38 bodyguard. Like it so far, very little print in the pocket. stays put when gun is drawn. can almost not feel it in the pocket. Got the size 3 fits my bg .38 very nice.
nope both my boys shooting I did fire three shots to make sure his sights were still on. He shot very well, the bottom he shot free hand the top was shot off a rolled up towel as a rest.
Gump for a 10 year old I was a proud poppa today. He shot very well today. Told him in the spring/summer we will go hunting for some small game now that I know he can hold a better group.
Just saw the new camper it has a silver finish and the tabs on the rear of the action that make it easier to pull the action back. I have shot the shot the dyna before and had good luck with them so ? on the jam. I am happy with all my guns right now just need to get use to the .38 Still having issues with the groups on that one.
Funny I had a jam with it when you gave it back to me? loaded it with blazer and went thru 6-7 mags with out a hang up? You still like the buck mark don't ya?
Pocket guns and wheel guns kick much more I have found out. the .38 i picked up kicks twice as hard as my xd9sc does. I have shot a keltec .380 and they have a sting to them also. Ask tpoppa or isaacpoppa about the 709 I beleive they both have one as there carry gun.
I did ok not so good with the .38 again gonna take somemore time to get use to the wheel gun. did good with my 9mm though. My son was shooting pretty good with his .22lr. Shot at 75ft. with a rossi break action 22lr.
Told ya the 38 flipped a bit. I was having a good day. My 10 year old shot very well also. Let him shoot my buckmark(scott did also) and my 9mm for one round. Proud poppa today as I think my kid is getting the hang of shooting.
The fourth gen glocks do feel alittle better then the older ones. But still not as good as my xd does. Have yet to shoot anything newer then a gen2 in a Glock.
