I went with the remington 597 over the 10/22 nice gun better trigger and stock barrel then the base 10/22 not as much aftermarket. I have shot it out to 100 yrds for the price it is a nice plinker. Scope it came with was junk so it was replaced with nikon prostaff. Polished some stuff inside cycles perfect now.

I would say to find a newer 600 and learn to ride and stay away from the liter bikes till you turn 25 and your rates drop. If you are riding a ragged out kat 600 a newer 600 or 636, maybe a 675 would be way faster/better handling then your kat. Hell if you want something bigger that stands out buy tpoppas z750s he had for sale. That would be cheap to insure and would be a step up from your kat.

I have been pulled over twice since I got my chl. Once in the car and once on my bike. When I was in the car the officer was very polite asked where it was at and asked for me to keep my hands above my waist. The time on the bike was not near as nice, was a park ranger and he pretty much freaked out on me. He walked up to my bike and saw it hanging out the bottom of my jacket. I told him I had my chl before he was even next to me, had my helmet off and key turned off. He started on about not being able to carry a ccw in a metro park. I very calmly tried to explain I was allowed to carry in the park just not in to some of the park buildings(nature center) After awhile he came back from his car and let me off with a warning about not slowing down around the curves to the posted speed. so 1/1 is not to bad I guess.

I have pf also I just do the stretching and wear shoes with a good arch in them. Those shoes are kinda fugly.

My bodyguard had a few light strikes the first time I shot it. Kinda like boom boom click. I was like wtf. Is that. Don't know if it was the ammo or what was shooting umc. Switched to federal was fine the next 100 rnds?

I got both and will say that the wheel gun does hide much easier. I still carry my xd9sc in the winter mostly. I have been using the wheel gun some also.

Hey they make wheel guns to. Could pick up a nice 357 or 38. I never have had any problems with ANY of my autos.
