On a similar note, I have found a new gas station I will be going to all the time by my house. The valero on 237 has a sign up that is pretty big that welcomes chl carriers. It reads "we welcome all chl carriers, this is a crime free zone" first I have seen of it's type around here.

No have not shot it much at all, sad realy. Was thinking of selling it for a bit due to lack of a place to shoot it. Most of the indoor ranges will not let me shoot it there. One will but only with soft points or hollow points which are real hard to find. They sell the S&B soft points there but charge $32 for 20 rounds. I bought 60 rounds of fmj at the gun show last time for $15. Hell I bought a spam can of russian surplus with my gun for $85 for 440 rounds. Plenty of ammo(500rnds) and no place to shoot it at sucks huh?

I picked mine up from fin feather and fur in ashland. Paid $79 for it, it is not the m44 it is the 91/30 but almost the same gun. I plan on sporterizing it with A new stock and scope mount from ati.

Just went to the g.s. today picked up some speer gold dot 185 gr hp. Much better now then the fmj i had in my ccw. looked at a few other handguns I am wanting, pending sale of a few rifles.

yeah I need to get rid of a few that I dont need and have never fired yet since I bought them due to lack of a outdoor shooting range or property. And then replace them with more handguns which I can shoot at the crap indoor ranges around here. Looking to get rid of maybe 3 rifles now? Might get rid of my mini14 target model as well as a model 60 22lr and my mosin naget that has never been fired by myself. Looking to pick up a 22lr pistol, and maybe a new sub compact for summer carry.

Yeah but if you are looking to get rid of a few guns quick these are the best way I know of doing so. I dont go to buy ammo I go to sell and trade stuff. sometimes I find deals and get them.

Medina show is coming up on sept. 12-13. It seems to draw about the same crowd as the berea show anymore. mostly the same people there as berea, but it is in one giant building not all spread out.

Dibs on the free chew makes it worth going just for that LOL. It makes it free since its over $2 a can. I plan to go up in a little bit.

All guns brought in to the show are zipped in one way or another. Either down the barrel, in the mag well. Bolts get zipped down on rifles. I took my .45 last time to fit holsters. Took it to get checked, they zipped it said thanks go ahead in, I walked around found a deal I liked and just removed the zip tie when I needed to. It will be interesting to see what they will make you do with a loaded ccw gun? Wonder if they will make you remove the mag and zip it or just remove the mag and clear the gun? Guess we will find out. I am also taking my mini 14 target model to possibly trade on a psl. Also looking to sell my model 60 22lr. So I will have three guns with me. Lots of zip ties to cut off LOL!

Will be going to try to sell a few guns. Most likely on sunday. I dont waste my time looking for ammo there anymore. Last time I was there they wanted two to three times the amount you can buy it for from anywhere else. Dicks has tons of ammo back on the self at both the north olmsted and parma town stores. THey had no hollow points for my .45 but had tons of fmj .45. also had about 20 boxes of 9mm and 40. As for prices best bet is wait for sunday about a hour before the show ends thats when people will deal. I got a galco leather iwb holster last time for 5 bucks and a new factory mag for my .45 for $15. I will be the guy walking around with a few rifles over his shoulder. The only thing that sucks is you cant carry at the show(no ccw allowed?)
