Damn man that sucks! Like everyone else said, get to a doctor! i tried the ignore at it will go away route, and it cost me a bunch of money years later to get my back fixed. So any word yet?

1. You do seem to know business management very well. Yes to the t, letting it be known what infractions he commited, what policys he had violated and what future repercussions would be. 2a. Yes and no. they have no outlined grivence (sp) procedure, i was supposed to handle any interoffice or driver related issues and my word was to be final. however it was stated in the policy handbook that if employees were unhappy with a disiplinary (sp) action they could contact H/r that would then look into the matter. 2b. employee had zero documentation to back his side, i had his entire personel file. i also dug a bit deeper into his past when i saw the way he was acting. 3. here's the shitty part, there was no one above me in the state. the vp came in once a month, unless all hell broke loose. the second time we had an issue i called corperate and had them speak to him. 4. He was removed from the payroll system within 12 hrs of me firing him. he did in fact have a lawyer, as i spoke with him and directed him to contact corperate with any concerns. he was reinstated the next morning, by corperate. what was said i do not know, as they would tell me what the fuck was going on. The next incedent we had was the one that got me fired, i never did find out what was going on. sorry for shittin on your thread thorne...

Not to threadshit, but for a basketcase 97 900rr thats completely apart, the price is a lil high, especialy if its a salvage title. i've been looking for a project, would you be willing to come down at all on price to get it gone soon? If i understood correctly, you basicly have a frame and parts of a motor, the rest needing replaced correct? If i'm off, sorry for the price comment...

Hey compton, glad i finally got to see this thing tonight. it is fucking sick man! a lil birdy told me that he may be planning on keeping the car for a while and actualy dropping in a built 355. I wonder why the car was at crappy's, i mean cappy's though? hmmm also, yea everyone knows that ford makes the best rear ends. first the 9" now the 8.8. I'm actualy kinda shocked that more people have not started swapping the 8.8 in other shit. can be made just as strong and even less drivetrain power loss then a 9"

No it's not because i was expendable, it's because i had an issue with a crybaby bitch who pulled the race/harassment card. I was let go because the company didn't have enough backbone to fight the lawsuit that surely would have occurred had they stood behind me and to stand up to this douche and tell him he was full of shit. Here's the short version. Guy comes in with 38 years in transportation, yet has been fired from 6 different jobs due to his lack of understanding of his duties, and his issues with coworkers and subordinates. he thinks he's god's gift to dispatchers, and hates the fact he has to work under a 26 year old with 5 years in the biz. I run the show, i led the company through a strike that is still on going, and before that had made the terminal the 2nd most profitable operation out of 21, grossing over 780k a week. Trust me i know my shit. So here comes this guy, and i find out from driver that he is undermining everything i have set up, talking shit about me and other admin figures, and saying how he is going to have my job. One day he decides to tell me what he is and isnt going to do, how he is running the operation now and blah blah blah. So i put him in his place, and i made damn sure he knew right were he stood with me. There was abslutly nothing racial about anything i said, but i was very to the point, maybe even harsh. i got corperate involved and he was spoken to by them as well. Well he pulls the same shit again a week later, so i let him know that he wasnt going to fit in with the way we work and sent him on his way. He hired a lawyer and they reinstated his ass. He got an attitude again, said he would do what he wanted, be came agressive and we had words. he called the vp, or his lawyer did, not sure, but they came back to me and said we have to let you go, we cant risk a lawsuit. exact fucking words. on my employee record it says i resigned, when i went to the workers comp hearing they said i just quit showing up. yea i didnt miss a single fucking day in 5 years and i just quit showing up. And the last job i lost was due to this law they just passed on the skill game shit. say what ya want, but 40k a year and a company car was a nice lil job. hell i only worked 3-4 days a week doing accounting for stores all over the state. I just thought i'd make it clear where i'm coming from. sorry for the novel.

Hey they could do a good job, you never know. I think they did an excellent job with the remake of gone in 60, so it could happen lol. But seriously, when i have to drop back almost 40 years to see a good car movie ( think American graffiti, Two lane Blacktop, Bullit, etc. almost all late 60's/early 70's.) There is something seriously wrong with the world.

Not telling lol... The cars are great for the first 20k or so miles. I ran a 13.93@99 bone stock with like 340 miles on mine, and another buddy ran i think a 13.7x at over 100 if i remember. they just have to many damn issues to be a great car, every single person i know of has sold theirs off with 2 years of ownership, from stock to agp big turbo car. i have heard some guys went to automatics and that solved some of the issues, but i dunno, ill be sticking with right wheel drive from now on. Much more consistant format.
