  1. Yep. Unless you use the last one and then forget to buy more before the next oil change. Then you cuss, remember the parts guy telling you that he uses 'em over when he forgets, then just put the old one back on. Correct procedure from that point is to become totally OCD about checking for leaks and reading the sight glass before, during and after a ride. (600 posts - what an attention whore I am.)
  2. I always use a fresh crush washer. Except when I don't.
  3. Columbus sucks, conventioneers, so just stay away.
  4. And set you up for some nice mafia limousine gigs. As stated earlier, nice ride - but I will never own another Chrysler product. Last one was the wife's car as well. Dropped a tranny but was, thankfully, still in warranty.
  5. I'm in Hilliard. Would be riding north to go south. Would be great to ride down with y'all but I'd rather sleep another hour. Will meet you all in Logan unless someone wants to meet off Cemetery road exit.
  6. Meh. Just another one of those made up, greeting card holidays.
  7. He's also very dangerous. Punk toddlers are like that sometimes.
  8. Wow. That sounds like a rational, apolitical observation. Get outta here!
  9. Yeah - Poor Rummie couldn't prove George Tenet's "slam dunk" case. (Tenet, BTW, was a Clinton holdover.)
  10. It's only a "vif." But still cool. On the calendar!
  11. In that case I submit Heath Ledger. Handsome and dead. Would be significantly more effective in office than the current or previous occupant.
  12. Stay in school, kids. Learn to plan and rob a bank the right way!
  13. So sorry to hear all this. Hoping for the best for you and the family.
  14. Got it. Could have googled the word - too lazy. You're in for 45min. to an hour of slab to get to twisties, friend, depending on how much you want to risk an encounter with the state gendarmerie. Like I said, though, not much in the central area to play on. Especially if you want to do 100mph in turns. Out in the countryside, you'll be riding over my level, so I'll see ya at the next stop. Speed safely and welcome once again.
  15. This. And what is this "hooning" you speak of? Not many twisties in C-bus town. I live in Hilliard and the upper part of Riverside near the zoo is okay but there's not much. So, it's off to parts northeast or southeast for anything interesting. Oh, and Welcome!!
  16. It hurts like hell to go through this. Been through this several times. If it's any consolation, the good memories come through more as time goes on. Not to get too heavy, but those good things are ripples in the pond that go out into the forever. Take care.
  17. Missed me too. Put me in the medium group. Thanks!
  18. This just builds on my love/hate relationship with Honda. Who's was the focus group during the design phase of this thing? Fifth graders? I will say, though that Honda is at least trying to do something. You could criticize them for bringing out a parts bin special, but the truth is they have so many good parts in that bin to work with. Even so, they've really put out some bombs. As for the engine, I've never ridden a bike with that parallel twin. It seems okay in concept. Good low end torque and efficient. Probably easy for Honda to build since it's basically a sawed off Fit engine. Just not a lot of "soul." I have wished for a long time that H would put a V4 in a standard bike. Think FZ1 with a V4.
  19. Riding bike. Would be best to ship tires to above address? Brake pads too. That's it. Thanks!

A beautiful bike that has been properly set up. Anyone looking to move to a litrebike or an FZ-09 should check in here. GLWS
  21. I thought of that too but figured those nifty little masks were supposed to fall out of the ceiling.
