Congrats all on the work! Agreed on the scale vs proportions thing. Have pretty much stopped weighing myself and go by belt tightness, etc. Down to 206 from 235. That all happened last year. I figure 206 and a 34 inch waist should be about right for a 6 ft. frame.

To be an early adopter requires some need to be out in front of the technology. Otherwise, you're in for frustration such as Tonik's. The Moto360, Apple Watch, etc., will be a wait and see thing for me. Give me a compelling case that I need this. It's strange that watches have become less useful anyway since mobile phones arrived. I get time and date from the phone - or my PC, or iPad. Even the dash of my bike or car. Looking at a watch is more habit than anything.

Had the CB out for a couple short 30-mile warm ups including today. Changed the oil and lubed the chain. Weather next weekend is looking nice. Time for a longer ride!

I've used R&G. Seem pretty well made but pricey. I happily haven't crash tested tho.
