You're joking right? I've seen several videos where they track the bike by Helicopter and then radio it in. They pick you up later. With today's technology given a clear shot they can even get your plates. Ignoring all that it is just plain stupid for reasons too numerous to bother listing.

I don't see too much chrome. I personally don't like the fairing, prefer Harleys with low bars and no fairing but still looks unique.

Yeah- The problem is many of the"low" mileage ones have been tracked. I found out this one has been tracked as well. Not sure about buying one that has been tracked.

I like all bikes. However, if money is an issue than the Honda is priced right and reliable. It sounds as if money is tight .. so the question would be .. if it breaks can you fix it or afford to pay someone else to? If not and you can't get a warranty.. no matter how "different" ...run

Hey Catman- Saw you arriving at QS & L Thursday as we were leaving.. The place was packed and I drve with my wife and daughter. Parking SUCKED. Sorry to jack the thread .. carry on. The Buell is somewhat unique but for the price you can also pick up a CBR1000RR 07 model.. if you like the looks etc.

Seriously though on really twisty roads a good car will outrun a bike. Magazines have made the comparison and unless the bike has some good straights it's just physics. A mini-cooper S has 208 HP Brembo brakes etc. Not too bad.

A Focus, Mini-Cooper, Solstice ... any of a number of cars would be fun.

I plan on doing the super cycle weekend. Not sure if I'm riding or driving just yet. If my wife goes we'll drive.

Unless it was a Lotus Exige... great on the twisties. Hoping to get one this year.
