I used to do this once a year when we got our bouns. The way I understand it from our HR department. The Taxes witheld are figured each pay check. When you get an exceptionally large check containing a bonus or the like it could force that paycheck's tax calculation to be figured based upon a different tax bracket assuming that what you're getting paid is actually a regular pay and pulling much more taxes out up front. By claiming as many dependencies as possible you lower the taxes taken on that particular check and get more of your money up front. When you go back to figure your taxes at the end of the year you'll still have to pay tax on that money though....just not as much as would have been pulled out initially without changing witholdings. I know I did a piss poor job of explaining that but hopefully it makes sense.

Haven't been a fan of their newer designs...but this is nice.

The R32 driver that Tim mentioned earlier in this thread has his front plate under the passenger mat. I'm guessing that didn't work out for him.

I actually think that's on the cheap end of the spectrum based on the expectations that Slowmotion wants. For show winning paint it's best to expect $10k + I'll add another nod to Achbach as well. I'm pretty picky about quality of paint work and I was very up front with him about my expectations when my Audi was hit a few years back and the work they turned out was top notch. Esp for a black car. However, don't forget our board sponsors. In the paint industry it's all how much time you're willing to buy to get the job done it's best. Shops like Achback refuse to take short cuts on anything which is why they are the most expensive around. Other shops need to do less expensive work to survive esp when dealing with insurance companies. Most times if the shop wasn't working around a budget and had the time to do everything as they wanted they could produce the same level of work. Andy

Zatrock? There's a particular CPD officer who seems to really enjoy writing no front plate tickets on 71 between 270 and Gemini. He felt my 996 was a candidate for one a couple weeks ago. Same officer has written two other friends tickets in the same area for nothing more than no front plate. I happened to be going 45mph in rush hour traffic that was really heavy when he saw fit for me to donate that day. Andy

+1. It happens at all levels of motorsport...From F1 to NASCAR to NHRA now. Every time you see a NASCAR race with two drivers from the same team up front one will move over for the other to give them 5 points to lead a lap. "Cheat" is a tough word to use in this situation. I like the way NHRA was calling it manipulation but they way it was carried out it's impossible to proove. Dispite the personality he's well known for he's a very good business man and knows the benefits of having all 4 of his teams in the race for the championship.

As the title states, anyone got one of these laying around please shoot me a PM with the details. Looking to spend $20-30 depending on use / condition. Andy

Understatement. Looking good none the less.

I'm using the old Momo force feedback wheel by them and it's OK. Not great but I'm waiting for the G27 to come out for my next upgrade. Any of you guys play rFactor? Andy

if it was a Repo. wouldn't the police have been able to tell him that when he called to report it stolen?

Do you still not have any of your own pictures of this car? You've owned it how long?

If only this was posted 3 months from now. I'm in the market but just not quite ready to pull the trigger just yet. Good luck on the sale though.

Guy here at work grew up with the S2000 driver. Sad.

I don't know if someone has suggested it or not yet, but Erik Schmelmer is who you need to call.

I feel for the OP. I do everything in my power to keep my cars as spotless as possible and when someone's careless actions create more work for me that could have been prevented it's rather upsetting. (we all have to have our passions right?). For instance, I had to ask my neighbor to adjust his sprinkler because it was wattering my cars sitting in my own driveway every night leaving a mess of water spots on them. Thankfully our transaction went a bit better than this one. Andy

Just remember it's real time live data. Friend of mine downloaded this ap. and went to use it while he was watching the race when Fox aired it in delay...forgetting the race had actually been over for several hours. When he turned on the app it told him who won the race already! Andy

The only one I'd drag race is the E55. Even then it's not high on the priority list these days.

All, thanks for the replies. We've actually got a couple of pretty decent wigs that look good but from all the research we've done they're hot and itchy and she won't likely want to wear them all the time so there are going to be pleanty of occasions where she goes out wearing a scarf, hat or showing off a bald head. The gym is a perfect example. no way in hell she's going to be in there wearing a wig. However the gym is one of her favorite places to escape so she's not going to stop going. Andy

It's to match my wife when she looses her hair due to the chemo here in the next few days. I think that last little impact is probably important in this scenerio.

Prolly...buzzing it won't quite have the same effect but could be much easier to maintain.
